We love this place!

The amazing General Manager Rick that runs Infinity Bay has put his heart and soul in every inch of this incredible space. The detail, the care, the love is felt as soon arrive. The Infinity pool and crystal blue Sea awakes your body and reminds you, you are alive. And the villa view of boundless ocean while enjoying fresh gourmet quality food (kudos to the Chef we don't know her name) and juices is as if you landed in Heaven.
If you are looking for a place were you can recharge, Dive, practice yoga, get healthy, and enjoy the pure vida then we highly recommend this resort.
Seriously, the grounds and villas are far more beautiful than the photos online depict. We stayed in both an ocean front for my husband and myself and garden/pool view villa for our children . Both were fantastic and had everything one would need. Fully equipped kitchen in both, filtered water, air conditioning etc and everything is clean and in working-order. The rooms are far more luxurious then I expected, complimented by either the ocean view or pool/gardens. . Last but certainly not least, the food! My only advice is to try as much as you can! But I was there a long time so if you don't have time for that I highly recommend the Sushi, as well as the Infinity Burger. Overall, a 10/10 stay with no complaints whatsoever. The General Manager Rick, is always present and always of service. Rick and his well trained staff...Avi and Marco and others to many to name are true Gems and are the heart and soul of Infinity Bay and you can really tell they know what they are doing. A huge thank you to Infinity Bay, for taking such good care of my family and for creating this haven of tranquility. I urge anyone considering to stay here to not think twice about it.

Room Tip: Ocean view was phenominal!

Dear Shear Bliss,

On behalf of the entire staff and our chef Indra we are incredibly grateful for your glowing review!
Our goal is not only meet but exceed all of our guests expectations and we are thrilled that we accomplished that with your visit in August. It sounds like your family have taken home some wonderful memories and we hope there many more to come.
The staff remembers your teenagers learning to dive and how amazed they were by what they discovered.

See you soon!

Just returned from a girls week in Roatan, myself and 5 friends stayed at Infinity Bay. We loved the island, and Infinity Bay seems like the best accommodation option in the area - we are glad we stayed there. The island is very laid back, it is one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever been on. My friends tried scuba diving with the hotel and enjoyed the experience. We also chartered a boat and got to explore some of the other neighboring islands. It was an amazing day!

The beach at IB is one of the most beautiful I have seen in my travels, crystal clear water - always flat and warm. You can do all of the normal activities on the beach - snorkel, SUP, banana boat etc... We tried SUP one day and had a blast! The locals on the beach do constantly haggle you and its a bit of a drag. You cannot take a walk without being followed by a sales person. My suggestion is to be stern if you are not interested. We also rented rafts for the week which made the pool/ocean that much more enjoyable. On the beach ask around for Captain Brooks -- he will rent you his personal rafts for $20/week. Only in Roatan!! We had massages on the beach with Shelia... $30 for an hour, you cannot beat it. Don't expect a spa like atmosphere and you wont be disappointed.

We had a 2 bedroom unit which was just as advertised - clean, modern etc... I loved the huge balcony off the front of the unit with a pool view - great way to relax in the morning and afternoon. Never used the kitchen, but it was nice to have a fridge with filtered water. We heard a lot about the bugs prior to arrival (everyone took malaria pills as a precaution) - we did not have any big issues.... use the bug spray and expect a few bites here and there.

The location of IB cannot be beat - tons of restaurants in the area and a great water taxi to West End for more options. IB has a water taxi that is nice, clean and fast. There are locals that also run water taxis, we preferred the IB option (same price) but it does not run at all times so we took the local option a few times as well. I suggest making sure they have a lights if its night.

The food on the island ranges from not great (barking monkey) to wonderful (Argentinian Grill). I did not like the buffet at the hotel (my friends did, its a preference thing) and had breakfast each day at the Java Café and Wine Bar - great coffee and relaxing clean atmosphere. The Wi-Fi at the hotel did not work most of the time so it was nice to log in each morning to check in with family and work.

All in all we loved the island and had a great experience.

Great staff, great food, great beach... great drinks!

We travel as much as possible,,, and go to central america mostly because of the scenery and friendly people... Infinity Bay is probably the best in all of Central America!

Anyone that posts a bad review just ignore it becasue there is absolutely nothing wrong with this resort... and having a live coral reef just minutes from the beach... a snorkelers dream!

We will be focusing on the fishing this year.. ive never caught a marlin but apparently they are in there so looking forward to it.

Thanks again to staff and management for making our last trip so enjoyable... we are returning Dec 16-23rd (already booked) and are brining quite a few friends with us this time... we are staying in the basic room (budget limits us to it) but honestly they are nice rooms for your lowest standard room available...

We stayed at Infinity Bay for a week, renting through VRBO. Condo was nice and the facility well appointed.

They arranged pickup at the airport, shuttled us to the hotel and ported our bags to our room. Communication and service to this point was excellent. They had everything ready to go and were expedient about the check in process.

The facility is approx 5 yrs. old and is in good shape. There were a few housekeeping items on the property that could be attended to... ie. fountains not working, window screens hanging off window etc... but the property was nice, well taken care of and had a beautiful, clean pool.

Front desk service left a very unpleasant taste in our mouths based on the rip off taxi service they provided to the West End for a dinner reservation. There are 3 options available - water taxi, taxi from West Bay Mall or taxi from the resort... The resort charged us $30US return for 2 people without offering alternatives. We found out a day later the water taxi is $12 return and a cab is $16 return (a little negotiation required). We were frankly pissed off and did not book any future activities with the hotel. We provided feedback to the activities coordinator and hotel manager.

Other than that, the stay was pleasant. Bar was good - average prices for drinks, food decent again with average prices. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days.

We will be back, just more savvy the second time around.

Would have given 4 as a rating if not for the screwing on the taxi ride.

Dear Cycling junkie,

We are greatly appreciative that you have taken the time to share your experiences on TripAdvisor. Your comments and suggestions are very important to the entire staff.

We are grateful that the transportation, check-in, pool and the exterior seemed to exceed your expectations. We did take an immediate tour of the property after reading your review and found one screen that needed repair. As far the fountains go....we don't have any. But we do have a few waterfalls in the pool and they are scheduled to be shut down on a regular basis to save on electric which is incredibly expensive in Roatan - 46 cents per KWH so conservation is very important.

If you book directly through the resort you will receive daily housekeeping services with a full breakfast buffet included.

Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced with the taxi. The service you used from the resort was not one of recommended providers that we use and we have posted fares - which is about 15.00 to the West- End. There must have been a logistic glitch which we are looking into. In the meanwhile I have sent you two emails offering a refund for your taxi fare....look forward to hearing back. Your overall experience is our upmost concern!

Looking forward to having you back in the near future!
Thanks again!

I cannot say enough good things about Infinity Bay Resort. We had never heard of Roatan before this trip and now we can't imagine vacationing anywhere else. The staff became our friends, the food was so delicious that we had at least one meal a day at the sports bar outside and the landscape was truly paradise. The beach, located directly in front of the outdoor bar, offered several activities at great prices! We felt so spoiled that we are almost afraid to book a trip to anywhere else. The bar has officially been set very high due to Infinity Bay Resort in Roatan, Honduras.

Room Tip: Choose any room at Infinity Bay, you will not be disappointed! We've seen them all because we took a tour so we could invest into real estate at the resort.
