My husband and I ate here twice while visiting Roatan. The first time was a delightful romantic dinner, there was no one else there. The owner Sylvia came out to greet us, she's very friendly, she explained the menu and brought us our drinks then turned on some dinner music. It was a perfect night just the 2 of us outside listening to Frank Sinatra in the background. I got the noodles, love that you can create your own dish with these. Choose a noodle, then a sauce and finally a protein. My husband enjoyed the beef vindaloo which he chose because it was the spiciest dish on the menu and he wasn't disappointed, it was the perfect amount of heat but if you're not a spicy food lover I wouldn't recommend, it was actually a little too warm for my taste. Our next trip we went for lunch, knowing the portions were rather large we shared the spring rolls which we were grateful were not fried and so fresh and delicious and another noodle bowl. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Roatan.
