Order a baleadas, which is a flour tortilla filled with veggies, shrimp, fish, lobster. We went twice and both times I got the vegetarian Baleadas. Both times it was different with different veggies. My friends got the other varieties and we agreed this was our favorite place and favorite meal.
Staff is friendly, atmosphere is tiki hut with quaint signs to entertain while you wait for your meal. Cost was inexpensive 9 - 11 dollars and the meal was served with a side of slaw.
Check out the parrots that will sit on your finger or just whistle at you,

Was some of the best service we had on the island and the concept is great but the breakfast wasn't. The scrambled eggs were 75% peppers and onion and 25% eggs. Next time we will get the waffle.

This restaurant was about a one minute walk from the road entrance of Infinity Bay. We had the Baleadas, one shrimp and one lobster. They were delicious, large and a great deal. The menu is short, but what they do , they do it well.
We loved the birds, they are a riot. It took us a few minutes to find the one that was talking to us as they blend right in with the foliage. Take a walk through the property to see Shakira the Watusa while you are there.
We discovered this place late in our vacation, otherwise we definitely would have gone back to try the Fajitas. Next year for sure. Great job, Celeste's!

We had the waffles with carmelized pineapple and Roatan eggs (I think that's what it was called). The waffle with pineapple was pretty good would have be great if the waffle had been hot. The eggs were pretty tasty.

The baleadas are great. They really are a must have if you come here.

Our table was a bit dirty, and the birds were a little loud - but the ambiance is unique for West Bay. I would rate a 4/5 if it was a little cleaner, but it wouldn't stop me from coming back.
