Nov.25 to Dec. 2/13
Brutal weather rained everyday and at times very hard, with winds as well. We were lucky to get in any dives. They have a great location because if it is too rough on the north side at their beach they can take you to the south side. They shuttled everyone to Flowers Bay in their vans where they docked their boats during the high winds from the NW.
Friday Nov. 29 was very rainy and windy but we were still able to dive from Flowers Bay and the visibility was still good. We saw lobster, drum, file, and trumpet fish. The highlight was the 6ft green moray eel. Also speared a couple of lionfish( it is allowed because they are a foreign species that is destroying the reef)
The morning and afternoon dives went out but after that everything was cancelled because of the poor conditions and they didn't believe it was safe.
Bananarama did a great job getting us out diving despite the bad weather and they did not compromise our safety.
I would definitely return.
