“Nice View”
Reviewed May 13, 2014

Enjoyed a great seafood dinner at Bite on the Beach. There were not many people there so we were a little nervous but that was short lived becuase the service and sea bass were delicous. Only saw one eel the night we were there. Make sure and use repellent since you are over the water.

“Cool place to visit”
Reviewed April 22, 2014

Just down the beach from all the crowds is this fun interesting restaurant. The kids (parents too) will love seeing the huge green eels in the evening. Barry our waiter was so attentive and informative about the food and the real roatan. We were pleasantly surprised by the yummy food and drinks. We had had many a watered down drinks down on the beach.
We were pleased w the price and would definitely go there again. We are three well travelled couples

“An oasis on west bay”
Reviewed April 11, 2014

After enjoying a quiet day on the island (Monday) we were surprised by how busy the beach was on a cruise day. So we ventured to the opposite side of west beach and we were so glad we found this place. It was amazing. Located on the water, you will have some varied options from the other eateries on west bay. I enjoyed a delicious shrimp cake salad and my husband had the fish. They were the only spot we tried that had a kids menu, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend Bite on the Beach for their slightly different menu, ambiance and great service.

“Yummy fish sandwich”
Reviewed April 9, 2014

Stopped here for lunch and Barry was our waiter. Nice guy. Kinda dry humor and fun to chat it up with. I ordered the fish sandwich and it was soooo good. It came with French fries and I left very full.

We came back another night after dark for Happy hour and Barry fed the eels that live under the dock. They have lights mounted to the deck that shine in the water and it was so neat to watch the eels go for the fish and swim around. They are Huge.

It's a lovely setting over the water. We enjoyed stopping off here.

“Quality seafood restaurant with a spectacular setting.”
Reviewed April 6, 2014

During our stay at West bay, we have been to Bite on the beach twice. The food was delicious, the service was good and the price was very reasonable. The restaurant is on a deck above the water, very quiet and beautiful setting. You also get to watch several green eels living under the deck while you have dinner. This place can be hard to find, after reading several reviews, we found this place. You walk to the east end of the West bay beach, take the broad walk, the restaurant is the end of the broad walk, an easy 10 minutes walk on the beach from Infinity Bay.
