Arrived in Normanville late Friday afternoon and lucked into a wine maker's dinner at the Courthouse restaurant. What a great night and introduction to this beautiful area. Great food, very accepting locals, affable young winemakers, Brendan and Laura from Unicorn Zero and a great host in Bruce. Thank you Normanville for a great weekend.

Was fortunate to be staying in normanville on the night of the vegetarian degustation! Booked in and expected to have a regular dining experience but to our surprise it was a unique experience where a long table was set up where everyone dined together. Perhaps 15 to 20 people at most and some were the producers of the raw ingredients which was prepared into amazing dishes! The host was charming and welcoming and it goes down as one of the finer food experiences ive had in years. The owners of this place clearly have a passion for what they do and the fleurieu peninsula is fortunate to have people like this. Thank you for a memorable evening. I will be back for the bbq some time in the near future. Also worth mentioning is the fact that the prices are very reasonable considering the standard. Cheers!

We came for Easter Monday morning coffee, and I think if any time that is best for judging staff after a super long weekend! the middle aged Lady we had was just fantastic, she was so friendly and chatty ( I wish I could remember her name!), despite our table of 10 (of varying ages) feeling exhausted and a little seedy. The coffee was great and some of the little handicrafts were purchased too. I'd love to try it for a main meal.
Also such a unique outdoor setting area!
