Their website claims there there is a pool, jacuzzi, turkish bath, and sauna. While this is technically true, they will not allow you to use it during the week (the don't want to heat it, apparently, but will also not let you use it cold!). The Jacuzzi does not reach temperatures that are warmer than the pool even when it is heated.
The website also advertizes wireless internet. This took a few days to get established after we arrived, and it was undependable at best. In some rooms, you don't get the wireless signal, so you have to go to the front office to use your computer.
Laundry prices are expensive even by American standards (plan about $25 per small shopping bag because it is about 2$ per article of clothing), and the whites come back dyed from not being separated when they wash them.
The rooms are very damn, but that should be expected from visiting this area during the rainy season. What wasn't expected was part of the ceilings dropping down into the shower every day...
Oh, also, there are fireplaces in some rooms, but they aren't completely functional. If you get the fire to take on the damp wood, your room will completely fill with smoke.
