We stayed in the Le Stelle apartment ,it was spotlessly clean ,and very well though out. We loved the peace and quiet- a real get-away-from-it-all type of place. Watching the sun set over the garden ,swimming in the pool, visiting the nearby lovely towns....all fantastic. Jon and Paul are great hosts , and we would love to come back again .....hopefully .

Dear Angela & Peter - Thank you for the kind words. We're glad you had a good holiday, though how on earth you relaxed having left the boys at home for the first time I don't know. Hope you found the house in one piece when you returned! Peter, if anyone's looking for a flat roof over here anytime soon, I'll give you a call. Very best wishes - Jon

We stayed in the Le Stelle apartment for a week. It was our first time in this particular part of Tuscany and we absolutely loved it. It was so peaceful and relaxing just sitting sipping wine on our terrace or sunning ourselves by the pool. Jon and Paul are just brilliant and we made use of their suggestions for day trips to some of the many beautiful places to visit in the surrounding area. We had a fantastic week there and didn't want to leave. We would go back in a heartbeat! Keep up the good work, guys!

Room Tip: Le Stelle apartment gets the morning sun and the sound of the nearby stream adds to the relaxing atm...

We stayed for a few days in May - words just can't describe. In an attempt: perfect. We felt so comfortable and completely relaxed. Jon and Paul made us feel so at home. Our flat (we stayed in 'Le Stelle') was beautiful, as well as the surroundings. No need for a travel guide, Jon and Paul can give you all the advice you need. We followed it and had wonderful trips to nearby towns ( we loved Anghiari and the castle in Poppi) and excellent meals out. (No comparison to the absolutely amazing meals we had with Jon and Paul, though). I turned 30 on the second day of our visit and to celebrate (or repress..) we had a delicious meal with Jon and Paul followed by the most delightfully fudgy vegan chocolate cake in the world (with candles!). Jon and Paul helped make my birthday and our holiday unforgettable. In all the best holiday we have ever had and we'll be back, in fact there's no need to go anywhere else on holiday.

Well you certainly didn't let all the rain we had this spring get in the way of enjoying yourselves! We've still got all the skull and fossil stones that Jonah collected. They make a rather good still life. By the way, thanks for distributing the business cards to all your vegan friends. Good excuse to make more chocolate fudge cake. Ciao for now ~ Jonathan

You're coming back for a third time! Gluttons for punishment! Seriously though, we love your company. Looking forward to getting Pete out on the hiking trails around Monti Rognosi. We've discovered some great spots. See you in September.

We stayed at Tenuta in June/July 2012. This was the most relaxing holiday ever. From the moment we arrived Jon and Paul were wonderful hosts. Our room was beautiful and a lovely retreat after a long day sightseeing. On our first evening we enjoyed a glass of prosecco in the garden followed by a delicious dinner prepared by Jon. This was the perfect start to our holiday. Anghiari has an amazing atmosphere and the best pizzas at Bar baldaccio. In a nutshell -
fantastic rooms, fantastic surroundings and fantastic hosts!! We are coming back!!!

Sept 2012: This was our second visit to Tenuta. We had the same warm welcome from Jon and Paul and 'Le Stelle' was just as good as we remembered. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area look no further, this place really can't be bettered!

Thanks for returning to us two years running! It's been heartening to have people coming back. It's like friends visiting! You'd clearly done a lot of homework between visits and a lot of planning too. If my memory serves me well you were out and about most days. We hope all is well with you over in the UK and we hope to see you again.

Tenuta Savorgnano is the perfect place for a relaxing break away from it all. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment called 'Le Stelle' - it had everything we needed and we were very comfortable during our stay. We ate in the B&B on one evening - the vegetarian food was delicious and interesting stories were shared over a glass of Prosecco followed by wonderful local wine! We visited Anghiari (closest town) , Siena and Florence - all worth it and easy to reach from this accommodation. As we flew home from Pisa we saved that for the last day. We will definitely recommend this hideaway to our family and friends!

Thank you so much for the lovely review. If you're happy we're happy. Saving Pisa for the last day is a good idea if flight times permit, especially if your main focus is going to be the tower. Thanks for recommending us to family and friends too. Personal recommendations are always the best. Hope we see you again some time. Good wishes ~ Jon
