I must the hotel overall was very nice, clean big beds lovely bathroom.

The hotel is fairly close to the airport but with the free hotel shuttle bus it's very convenient.

Bus stop right outside the hotel made it Easy to go into town.

One annoying thing was that the mini fridge in the room did not work and it was very hot so had to use an ice bucket to keep drinks cool.

Another annoying thing was that the swimming pool was not open when we visited and that was quite a downer.

Lastly not much to do inside the hotel especially for families but to each's own I guess.

Overall still a good hotel I would go back there again.

Hotel is super clean, the free breakfeast is great with hot and cold choices, the shuttle to the airport and downtown barcelona is fast and on time. It was a great stay
The drivers for the shuttle were very good and gave you as information as you wanted, all the front desk people were fantastic and made you feel welcome

We arrived at the hotel on a Saturday afternoon - our plan was to have a quiet evening and a good night's sleep before catching a 7AM flight the next morning. We were greeted enthusiastically at the reception desk and given the keys to our room, which turned out to be large and well-appointed. Once we figured out that the electricity for the room required the keycard to be inserted in a special pad near the door (ingenious idea) we were fine.

Unfortunately, the hotel's dining room isn't opened on the weekends in the summer - the bar is open and guests can order from a decent - but limited - bar menu. The evening we were there the staff semed to be on the light side, but they were friendly, accommodating and cheerful (albeit overworked, too). A pizza and Heinecken cost about 18 Euro.

We turned in early and had a good night's sleep - the room had blackout drapes - and were awakened as requested by an automated phone call -at 4:30 to get the 5:00 van to the nearby international terminal (Terminal 1), which was just 12 minutes away.

The hotel has a free shuttle service to the heart of Barcelona, which saves guests a 25 Euro cab ride. Except for the closed dining room, the hotel is just what we needed...clean, organized and welcoming but, after all, an average suburban venue.

Stayed here overnight last week when stranded at the airport due to French Air Traffic Controllers' strike. Good price despite booking only a couple of hours before checking in. Shuttle bus a plus and I found the staff friendly and helpful. I had a meal in the bar which was OK and the breakfast was also satisfactory.

We stayed two nights for transit in Barcelona. The hotel is within 10 min from the airport and 15min from the city centre. There are shuttles to both the airport and the city centre. Be careful if you arrive very late because there is not shuttle from the airport at 1am although they say the shuttle runs until 1am. Probably that is the time when the last shuttle arrives the hotel. We had to take a taxi which costed 20 Euros. If you take a shuttle to the city centre, the place you are dropped off will the place you will be picked up when you return to the hotel. The drivers didn't speak English at all so we needed some help from other passengers who understood some Spanish.

We had both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which were good. Some staffs at the reception were not quite friendly, but overall they were not too bad.

At some places in Barcelona people attempted to overcharge us. Maybe it is just because the city is a typical tourist destination but it was definitely different from a smaller city in other parts of Spain.

We would like to clarify that our last shuttle departure from the hotel is at 1:00, returning at 1:20. Actually, from next Monday, July 14th, it will be available 24 hours.

In the other hand, we would like to apologize if you felt that the reception staff was not quite friendly, but we are sure they were helpful with you.

Barcelona, as one of the most important tourist destinations of the world, has all kind of attractions in the city, and of course prices could vary depending if you are in the city center, in the surroundings, in a local part of the city, or by the sea front. Overall, the same would happen at any typical tourist destination, you should know...

If you ever decide to come back to Barcelona, we are at your entire disposal.

Booked two triple rooms. 231(faulty lock so changed to 229) and 233.Stay was good but room needs some maintenance work. Leaky shower head, loose electrical sockets, iron cable needs replacing. Wifi would disconnect every 4 minutes but could make do with the laptop and LAN cable. Missed coffee and tea making facilities. Water jets and fountain features didn't work in the pool. Good that they have a lifeguard in the pool. Great for a last day stay when having a long flight. Message to the management: get your wifi to work properly (use inexpensive unifi solution with long range units from ubnt.com), fix your shower heads and make sure when doors don't work to prevent other guests from getting the same room. We found ourselves in a very awkward situation when we had to explain a new guest that we experienced the same problem with the same room a couple of hours earlier. Keep it up with the great breakfast and have extra staff during lunch and dinner service. As for the young waiter during the night, my mother can set four tables in the time he took to set one...

The rooms at this property are adequate but small. The WiFi is adequate and the front desk staff were efficient at check-in and check-out.

Breakfast was actually acceptable but... the food I had from room service and at the restaurant was horrid.

Both the room service and restaurant menus are limited. Both meals arrived somewhere between cold and lukewarm.

Service in the restaurant was haphazard. I had some overprice sea bass. In theory I had a choice of grilled vegetables, potatoes, or a side salad. I was asked as the order taker rushed off. The food when it came suffered from cold vegetables and an under cooked, barely warm piece of fish.

As I was trying to find someone to give me my bill, they tried to serve me another order of fish. I had said nothing... they were just clueless. I also had some "gazpacho" that could have easily been confused with tomato soup from a tin.

So... you will find an adequate room and overpriced and low quality food.
