This must be the best week ever...
Living in this incredible place, learning about tuscan cooking in the afternoon and then tasting it all in the evening. God company in all the different people attending, staff that did everyting for everybody attending. A big hug to them all :)
Getting up in the morning, eating breakfast and relax in this incredible enviroment. For those how would it was possible to see some of tuscany before the cooking class started at 15:00. But I recommend just to stay in this very nice pleace and just enjoy.

Back home it did not take long before friends came over for italian food, the recepie book is alredy in use, the guidelines in it is of great value :)
