A lovely warm welcome awaited us when we arrived early afternoon. Claudia showed us around our apartment and the facilities. We stayed in Roseto apartment as it has air-con (at additional cost!). It had everything we needed and was much bigger and nicer than photos indicate. Air con was lovely but downside is that this particular apartment doesn't have a private little terrace like the others. It does have a nice big table though with parasol where you can enjoy outside meals. We didn't use the bbq but other families did. The wi-fi was decent although you did need to keep entering the password. Kids loved the pool - it was hilarious listening to the screams as they jumped in as it was unheated. Lovely when you've been sitting in the hot Tuscan sun!! Watch out for mosquitoes - especially by the table football. The town of Lucignano is stunning but it's a bit far to walk with small kids. Siena is around 50 minutes' drive away. Overall, a lovely place to stay and recommended.
