What a wonderful property, clearly loved and cherished by its owners. Very clean and well maintained. Because it is regularly used by the family that have owned it for several generations, it is perfectly equipped for an extended stay. The decor may not be modern but it has every convenience in a (large) traditional Cornish cottage, evocative of my childhood holidays. The history of this property is clear to all, on the walls and on the bookshelves, the whole house tells a story, of 3 buildings and 3 generations, simply charming. Sited just a few minutes walk to: Rick Stein,s Farm shop, the beach, the beach shop/ cafe and the village pub. (which should be a goldmine but is under-invested.) Last year we stayed in an ultra modern glass cube a few doors away, but when we return to Trevone for another great week of fine dinning and body boarding, this is the cottage to return to.

Thank you to Bridget & her family. We had a wonderful stay here in April. We were blessed with wonderful weather. The house is so lovely - charming & traditional! It is bigger than the photos suggest, with a huge lounge. Great dining room too. Perfect for our party of 2 families on holiday together. Incredible location - short walk to the beach which is a wonderful bay for families. Our little boys loved it! Being so close to padstow & the camel trail is wonderful too. There us a great farm shop in Trevone.
Bridget was incredibly helpful & ensured we had everything needed for our stay. We will definitely be booking again!
