ther is plenty to do. Amentities are excellentand you all also have the river for fishing and
the beach clost by.We stay in the suite which we find very good.
We would recommend the resort to anyone to stay.

We stayed 4 nights on our Honeymoon and was really lovely. Had buffet breakfast each morning and dined at restaurant one night and love it.
I am in a wheelchair and the dissabled room and bathroom access was very good.

We stay at Twin Waters quite regularly as a family as we enjoy all of the recreational facilities! We have stayed in a few different room types but our favourite is the lagoon suites over the water, the styling in these suites sets them apart from the other room types as well as the giant spas and gorgeous views of the lake. We try and book meal packages as we find it to be good value for money for our family and enjoy the twin waters buffet, especially the breakfast and the dessert!

One minor criticism was that on visit last new years eve for the 'Carnivale' we couldn't get accommodation at the resort because it was booked out and unavailable for one night stays (absolutely understandable). We were very excited for our daughter to experience the carnival and printed out the brochures so we had all the information we needed, such as that there would be a charge for drinks and a teller onsite. Having stayed before so many times we knew there was an ATM anyway so were not worried about getting money out before we left.

Upon arrival after searching for a parking space we were disappointed to find the atm out of service. We headed to the desk to ask if we could get cash out as the atm was out of order and were told that this was not possible and told to go to the local store. Usually this would be fine but we had just driven 2 hours to get there and struggling to find a park we were not very happy about having to leave again! So my husband left whilst I stayed with my daughter, only to have him not return for a while. Apparently the shop we had been directed to was now closed and of course being even later in the evening he struggled to find a park again!

By this point he was quite irritated and again went to explain to the front desk who this time allowed him to withdraw cash. If it was that simple I'm not sure why he was sent on a wild goose chase the first time. I appreciate that the hotel is not a bank, but given that it was printed on the promotional material that an atm would be available, it was out of order on new years eve of all occasions, AND that we were planning to spend more money at the resort anyway hence why we needed the money in the first place, I found this all very disappointing and not what we have come to expect as valued guests of the resort.

Just a small 'blip' really but perhaps something for the resort to consider as if we had been new guests to the resort this would have turned us off completely from ever staying again. It is only because of the good service we have received previously that this incident will not deter us from staying again.

Room Tip: Lagoon suites are gorgeous!

Great value for the weekend. Everything was very relaxed and casual. The lake offered lots of activities for the children. A great spot for families wanting a weekend away without a huge price tag. The buffet breakfast was good, best to get there early to avoid the long lineup. The room service menu was a bit disappointing and a bit pricey.
