The setting and location has to be the main attraction for this restaurant because the food isn't.
Kelibia has a magnificent coast line which displays the sea in two tiers. One bright blue and the other dark blue.It alone is worth a visit.
The restaurant itself sits on the coast, offering a uniquue dining experience, where the sea swells up to your heels, if you wish. A unique offering of been able to swin before, during or after your meal has to appeal to the young and old alike, as the launch pad into the open blue, sits at the heart of the restaurant.
However, after all that, it goes down hill.
The toliets are in poor shape and are in need of a good cleaning and some repair.
The food on offer was priced higher than the normal for Tunisia, but not for Europe. My own dining experience was poor. The food order was mixed up. Service was tardy.Food arrvied late but without the full compliment. The order had to be repeated again. When the food did arrive it was partly cold. Not acceptable.
The steak ordered by me was not a good cut, and the fish ordered by my companion was not cleaned properly. The scales were still to be found on part of the fish. Therfore I would say for an idealic location its worth going to, but not for the food.
