We stayed here for 5 nights paying 5000 rupees a night for one of the new courtyard rooms...this didn't include breakfast!!
The rooms are v good...like good western hotel rooms.
Comfortable bed ...good shower..and good furnishings.
However for this price...which is expensive by Indian standards I would expect more.this is the same price you would pay for a 4 star hotel in many Indian cities.
For this sort of money I would expect breakfast to be included.
Also the rooms had nomtea/coffee making facilities...no fridge..and no safe for your valuables!
I would go back here because it is a lovely place..but these issues need addressing.
The restaurant is good...a wide varied menu..well presented and good service

Our most wonderful experience in all of Goa - our beachfront cabana was superb, so romantic & chic, the adjoining Dunhill restaurant is excellent including the complimentary breakfasts, we also ate-in for many lunches, dinners, beachside snacks & cocktails. Clean & beautifully maintained rooms & gardens; extra care is taken to put out mosquito repellents, candles, coals & incense for each cabana at sunset. The staff are really warm & friendly, so efficient & genuine, nothing was a problem. Great coffee, cocktails, omelettes & authentic Goan dishes amongst an extensive menu. We will definitely be back asap, also the rooms set back from beach(across the road) looked lovely & perhaps more secluded but how can you resist the sound of waves & the serenity of beautiful Agonda Beach. Thank you Dunhill you exceeded our expectations!

Room Tip: All rooms are beautiful but a front row cabana with or without aircon, cannot be beaten!

Hi Guys.

Never again.

We stayed at Dunhill. We loved it before it was taken over. I was woken up with flashing lights through the room. Voices coming from everywhere. It was scary. People were removing sand in the early hours.

This New Year we saluted on Agonda beach in Dunhill Beach Resort .
We stayed at the Beach Cabana # 3, as last February.
It's awesome, but the entire beach complex, including six cabanas and the restaurant looked like it is brand new! Later we learned from the managing director Raul that they demount all the buildings at the end of the season and reconstruct them at the beginning of next season. It's an amazing job, but all the buildings are nestled securely in the monsoon season and remain intact .
So we were delighted to meet all the familiar faces of the staff! We felt as if we were back to the good old friends. Like last time, we noted a terrific purity in a resort and accurate work of its friendly and smiling staff. It's really awesome - to live in a hut on the beach and have the comfort and service of a good 4 star hotel.

Our single estimate "average" still refers to Sleep Quality, as a warning: not everyone may like to hear the roar of the waves 24 hours a day!))

This season, we noticed new Garden rooms, built in a fenced area across the street from the restaurant and beach cabanas. Through the courtesy of Raul, we had the opportunity to inspect these rooms, and were pleasantly surprised. New garden rooms are capitally built, air conditioned and equipped with modern facilities and fine furniture made of solid wood. By the way, the sound of waves is almost inaudible from Garden rooms. These rooms certainly appeal to those who are looking for a cozy accomodation in Goan style, but does not want to compromise on comfort, cleanliness and good service.

Bravo, Dunhill Beach Resort !

We already miss you and aim to return again!

Good points
1 excellent room, in the new apartments.
2 as expected clean and good quality furnishings.
3 excellent shower and toilet facilities
4 near to beach
5 restaurant has a varied menu service good, can be slow but it is very busy and the food is lovely.
Things to be to be addressed
1 no kettle - it's a must that a cup of tea can be made in the morning.
2 a safe was not available - the locks on the doors were good security locks
3 a fridge would be a bonus - it was suggested we use the restaurant fridge of course it did not open until 0800hrs
We have had a great time, we have been assured that these things will be sorted by next season. We will see as we intend to return.

Room Tip: All rooms are on the ground floor, there are some older cottages which are very nice, also 6 huts on the beach front . These have exceptional views from the beds.
