I am quite a regular visitor and have not been disappointed. In the last month I have visited taste for breakfast twice & also for lunch.
The breakfasts are fantastic, full English is great value and was perfectly cooked, and the breakfast menu also includes eggs benedict, filled croissants etc.
I would highly recommend visiting at lunchtime and trying the 3-course special menu (i think it costs £7ish) The last time I went I had pea & ham soup to start ( that was almost a meal in itself!) then poached salmon, followed by a delicious pudding. I visited with my aunt & she had confit of duck for her main course & was extremely impressed by the standard of food & also the friendly service.
