This has to be one of the strangest hotels I have ever stayed in. The halls echoed (I don't think there were any other guests staying), several things didn't work in our room and it was a three day camel trek to reach civilisation. I realise we were there at the end of the season, and that it is intended to be a peaceful Spa for recuperation, and that it may be completely different in the season, but it is not for the everyday traveller. It has pleasant gardens with a resident tribe of mosquitoes. There are billiard tables and a bowling alley in a separate building. There is a swimming pool but it was being emptied while we were there.
The food was satisfactory and the restaurant service good.
