Beautiful panoramic view of the Fundy Isles with fishing and ferry boats, beautiful rock formations and foliage and amazing sunsets. There is a sandy beach and good but cold swimming. The newly designated Pea Point Nature Preserve is as quiet and peaceful as it gets. In season, you can view whales right from the shore and see Grand Manan, Campobello, Bliss Island and the Wolves. There is a 4 hour and 40 minute window each day on the low tide to be able to walk to the island and return; about 50 yards from the shore on gravel and seaweed so no muddy shoes. We visited with a group of family and friends. Since we live close by, we go there often. One of our favourite spots in New Brunswick.
