First of all, it was a very good idea that we decided to spend the night in Camiguin. A day trip of the island is not advisable.

We are a group of four good friends (including my girlfriend) who went to Camiguin for plain leisure. I consider our stay at Paras Resort a very good decision due to its proximity to White Island, an uninhabited white sandbar. You could reach the island via pump boat in 10 minutes!

I would like to think that this is one of the better resorts in Camiguin. Most of its facilities and amenities are in good working condition. We had no problems with our family suite, except for a number of pretty harmless mosquitoes and other bugs. There's nothing special with the food.

My only dislike is that resort activities, such as van and jetski rentals, are rather pricey. You could rent a "multi-cab" outside for half the price to tour the famous tourist attractions.

All in all, this resort derives its value from its good location and amenities. We left happy and contented.

me my wife and her family stayed 2 nights at this resort. The staff were nice but the food like the pizza and fish were dry and did not taste good at all. We liked the rooms and of course we loved white island just a few minute pump boat ride away it was amizingly beautiful and a lot of fun. We rented jet ski's they were a lot of fun but the price was a little expensive. The grounds and resort looked very nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we had fun but I would recommend eating outside the resort.

Paras Beach Resort is situated in Yumbing, just 5 or 6 miles away from Mambajaho. Located right at the seashore; spacious resort with one main building, some suites in there, some bungalows and a dormitory for 12.
Very nice pool, excellent food and drinks. The rooms are clean, cozy and have ac, of course. From the suites on top of the main building you have a breathtaking view over Bohol sea, White Island and to the mountains behind you.
2 small private beaches inside the resort; unfortunately the small beaches are often blocked by their large boats and pump boats.
Staff at the front desk and the at the bar are very friendly and helpful. A good place to stay and relax; sometimes crowdy on weekends.

We`ve been to paras beach repair for 7 days with 8 people, and we will never go back again. Prices are way to high for the value you get.
For locals it will be okay, but international people should stay somewhere else cause it really aint good at all. Everything is broken or is out of stock. Even the people who work there are saying that lots of things and services are out of order for more than a year.
The only thing nice about the resort is their website. But dont believe all the things you see in there, cause its not reality. And also the service is very bad. Dont ever go in here.
Spend the money somewhere else, cause this aint worth it.
