Very nice and friendly reception everytime you get in. Staff very helpful (even if you get in after dinner time) and knowledgable. Fine restaurant. Will definitely be back for some more relaxing days when not on a business trip. One of the few places here where you are invited to have dinner/lunch outside (in summertime)

This was our 3rd visit to the hotel in 4 years and again we were not disappointed.
The hotel is small with about 20 rooms and caters for all ages but mainly families. We had a family room which is a main bedroom with seating area + a kids bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobes,a desk and TV. The room is spacious enough even with two teens and the seperate bedroom offers some privacy. The bathroom is spacious with a double sink and a shower cubicle and the WC is separate. The whole hotel is in great condition and everything is extremely clean and well cared for. There is a small sauna and a steam room in the basement and you can use the pool area of the hotel next door for free. The food is good , breakfast and a 4 course dinner are included in the price as well as cake or a snack in the afternoon.
The location of the hotel for skiers is very good as you have an easy walk (less than 5 mins ) to the gondola and at the end of the day you can ski back to the hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back again soon.
All in all very good value for a family skiing holiday.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the ski slopes as you will have a nicer view.

We are nbn-skiers staying here in winter and truly enjoyed the experience. The panorama-view rooms were terrific and the meals in the restaurant were excellent. Not a great deal to do if you are not skiing, but a great facility and excellent service. The Christmas market was not as lively as others, but the ambiance and quality fo this hotel made the stop along the way well worth it. For non-skiers I would recommend for one or tow nights as a great rest stop.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed. The holiday was almost in ruins when our five year old son broke his leg on his first day in the nearby ski school. But this charming hotel came to our rescue. It was an elegant and comfortable hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The owners and the staff, who were all kind, helpful and polite, helped us to turn things around. Not only we could spend cosy hours in the almost around the clock open bar selling food and drink for all ages, but we were also offered child minding and help to organise programmes like horse-sleighing. The quality of the food was great and there was a pancake as well as an Italian night. They were superb! In the end, despite the hard luck of the first day, we really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you to all of them! (fam. Hegyi, UK)
