Family oriented hotel with own lake to swim in, indoor swimmingpool and welness area.
Be aware there can be a lot of noise on the first  floor from the indoor swimmingpool area, you can hear it through the walls. There can be a lot off children there can be to noisy.
If you live on the first floor in the area where their indoor pool is, there will be sounds until 10 pm when they close the access.
Nice clean rooms with balcony, nice bathroom.
The hotel is located at the famous Großglockner Strasse in the City of Fusch. The area are great for doing outdoor things, such as walking in the mountains, see waterfalls, mountainbiking and it is close to Zell Am See and 2 hours from Salzburg and Hitlers eagle nest in Berchtesgarden (Germany).
Breakfast is good.
You Can buy rooms With breakfast only and halfboard.
If you choose halfboard there is different menues every day.
Remember  it can get cold and rainy even in the summer.
The waiters should be better to see the various tables missing drinks. For example, we waited over 40 minutes before the waiters saw that tables were missing drinks and they passed up to several times without seeing it.
It was obvious they were not geared to "sell" their product better in the restaurant, they missed the extra
You can use the internet in the lobby, but only for 15 minutes and there is no printer if you will print your boarding pass out.
Smoking is allowed in the bar which is open to the restaurant, communal areas and reception, but do not smoke in rooms and dining hall. The smoke can be smelled far up on the first floor, etc.
The hotel would be a 4 star hotel and they have the facilites, However, there are things that make us just want to give them 3 stars.

Room Tip: Get a room away from pool area

We've been here for the winter holiday at the end of December , 2010 ; the hotel and the owners are trying to do everything possible to offer you a nice time here .
Unfortunately , there are some minor things to be changed :
- some internal rules for the guests should be applied ; we had our rooom on the 1st floor where the SPA center is located and also the kids room .
So , all the day long and also late in night we had a lot of " traffic " on the coridor with kids playing , etc.....
- breakfast was generally OK ; could be improved if they're changing the " chemical " soft drinks . Water would be fine if they don't have other option .
We 're used to spend each year this time in Austria , so , we had the opportunity to see different locations and hotels that's why , we do believe that some attention to details from the owners will bring a plus to their business because customers they have .....
They do deserve a 3 stars +.

Nice family room with 2 showers, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 balcony's.
2 swimming-pools, one inside and one outdoors.
Only negative point was that it was too close to the church and the church bell.

My fiance and I spent one night there, after our visit to the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse. The staff were courteous and professional and the hotel itself is very nicely decorated, in an old-fashioned, Austrian land-owning style with some hint at hunting lodges. Very priceworthy, shame to be missed.

We spent a week there this summer with our 2 kids and we really relaxed. The hotel has a nice wellness area and an indoor pool. The breakfast buffet was really nice and the evening meals were okay. We had a family room with an extra room for the kids. It worked out fine. The surroundings are nice, however the noise from the cars on the street was quite ongoing. The fire station just across the street has a huge siren on the roof, but the one time it went off, we just found it interesting to study the local volunteer fire brigade :-)

This is surely a place we can recommend for a family with younger kids.
