We came cross this on the way to have a pub lunch and were very glad we stopped and lunched. Very attractive little place, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Lovely little garden to outside as well. Food was lovely and some imaginative choices too. I had bacon and black pudding ciabatta and my friend sea bass fish cakes. Both came with a delicious little salad. Coffee also very good. Prices were very reasonable. Welcoming atmosphere and dog and walker friendly. Great place.

Half way round our walk this beautiful tea room decorated in a pretty country vintage style provided us with a very warm welcome. We could choose our own table and although we order at the counter the staff are all friendly and polite. A lovely atmosphere. Food was delicious and a good size portion. Only quibble and a tiny one at that was the banana milkshake which arrived for my daughter instead of vanilla, but she liked the flavour so we said nothing. Definitely recommend.

We ate in the Aisseford tea room following a walk. What a great place! The staff and service was friendly and attentive. We both had lunches off the specials board which were both one of the best, great value lunches we've had.
Great tasty food, excellent friendly service and a lovely location - What more could you ask for from a tea shop?

Really nice tea room with the best service I'd had in the area. Traditional tea room, but with a nice menu for lunch too. Really enjoyed our tea and great coffee too (even satisfied my Australian in-law's who love their coffee!). Would definitely come back.

We generally visit the Peak District every year, and every year we try to visit this fantastic tea room for a spot of lunch. Lovely food, friendly service and a very pretty venue in a very pretty town! Both the coffees and teas are 'proper' and the tea is served traditionally. They also serve lovely ice cream, I opted for the columbian coffee and it was fantastic. No doubt we'll be back next year!
