Three girls, late 20's went to Mykonos for a relaxing, sun-filled week in June. Bellissimo was the ideal place to stay. The family-run hotel was far nicer than expected as we got a really good deal. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff could not have been more friendly, the pool a pleasure to hang out at, restaurant and food was most enjoyable and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included and just enough to start your day. The hotel was a 10 minute drive from Mykonos town but the bus runs regularly and a taxi late at night not very expensive. It's a quite location but we were early in the season but I thought it was perfect. Relax by day, hit the town at night or if not have a quiet dinner and early night. Best of all worlds! Highly recommend.

Room Tip: Seaview is great but poolside is very useful if you're planning to hang out there alot!

Picked up at the port by Michael the gentleman, handed two bottles of water! Given a complete intro to the island en route to hotel and in hotel! Spacious comfortable rooms with lovely bathroom facilities. Frequent bus service to mykonos from door of hotel, 3 minute walk to a wonderful beach or chill at the beautiful pool area of the hotel! Had food in restaurant of hotel it was wonderful and considerably cheaper than local restaurants and those in town! Only wish we had stayed longer!

Rooms are quite new, spacious and appointed in island-style ie basic, but spotlessly clean and with unexpected touches like makeup remover wipes and cotton buds provided in the bathroom. Rooms are set around the pool. Upstairs rooms have views of the sea. Breakfast is a simple buffet - again, island style, don't expect an expansive spread. Buses to/from the main town run frequently and stop right outside the complex.

We stayed 14 nights (with a 3 day trip to Santorini in between). The room was large and clean with a modern shower. Fresh towels were provided every day and separate pool / beach towels were also available daily. The in room fridge was handy to store water, wine etc. and the terrace an ideal place to drink it as the sunset over the the hill. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The bus into town stopped right outside the mini-market next door and takes just 10 mins (€1.60 each way) and whilst the last bus back was 11.30pm a taxi was only €8.00. We hired a scooter and toured the whole island, but on several days just opted to use the main beach nearby which is as good as any we saw and was just a 5 minute walk away. Brothers - Michael and Theo were excellent hosts and could not have been more obliging, nothing was too much trouble - including transfers to and from the airport and even an unexpected celebratory cake and bottle of wine! There are three restaurants in the area and when we ate locally we preferred Bellissimo and Hippie Fish on the beach front. For a quiet and relaxing place to stay (that is still close enough to the action if you want it) I'd recommend Bellissimo.

Great pool area and nice big rooms. We were upgraded to the sea view room upon arrival. The two brothers who run the place are extremely nice and helpful. They also run the place in a highly professional manner!

From arriving the two brothers have been nothing but friendly , helpful and welcoming. The hotel was fairly quiet when we arrived and we were given a 1st floor room which was great especaly the balcony which is huge!! The area where the hotel is situated is quiet and in a beautiful part the island whilst not too far from the town centre. We hired a scooter to get around which is fun and practical at the same time.
We have only eaten once and we had pizza which was delicious! All in all an unforgettable stay and we will be back! The hotel is gay friendly but not exclusive gay so should suit most people.
Thanks guys!
