We got a lovely welcome from Dimitris, the owner, on our arrival at the Dimitra Hotel. He gave us complimentary drinks & lots of local information. He offered us the choice of two lovely rooms. We chose a really large downstairs room with a patio. The room was fabulous. It had everything we needed & was very spacious. I have to mention the cleaner as our room was spotless & bedding & towels were changed daily. We were provided with beach towels too, & Dimitris even loaned us an umbrella to take to the beach so we had some shade.
Breakfast was provided at a charge of 6 Euro per person, and was a really lovely buffet with loads of choice. Highly recommended.
The only downside was that whilst we were there, there were 3 rather noisy families staying who did tend to monopolize the pool area, which was a shame. Parents do need to give & take a little when other guests want to enjoy the facilities too...
Wi-Fi was good in our room & in the reception area. There are lots of tavernas & supermarkets only a 2 minute walk away. The beach is 4 minutes from the hotel & there is a good bus service serving the rest of the island. A visit to Naxos Town and the old Kastro area is an absolute must. It's fabulous!
Dimitris is the perfect host. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was always on hand and we were always greeted as though we were long lost friends. He is fabulous at his job & makes you feel so welcome in his hotel. I may consider going back out to be his receptionist!!!!

I only have good things to say about this place! There are several similar B&B style hotels around the area, but the details in this one make it very pretty. It's only a couple of blocks from the beach, close enough to go in your swimsuit! Dimitris, the owner, was super friendly and hospitable, always accomodating for whatever we needed. It's very clean, with a lovely pool, varied breakfast and incredibly friendly area...I want to go back already!!

Ps. Do eat greek yogurt!!

Dimitri was a top host, really looked after us, even did he best to find the rugby world cup on tv for us! The hotel has a great location, really quiet and close to a beautiful beach.

We hope to return in the future.

What a lovely hotel, with lovely people. Dimitri and his son Spiros welcomed us with a glass of wine and a friendly introduction to the island. The stay was excellent from that point onwards.

Each morning we had a wide choice of breakfast from the buffet and great company from Dimitri. Sheets and towels changed daily, lovely pool, relaxed setting in a convenient location in the village. Quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. The room was clean and stylish with great facilities.

Couldn't fault the staff, who worked tirelessly to cater for the guests. We will be coming back to Naxos (our new favourite Greek island) and hope we can secure a place at this hotel again.

Highly recommended.

Dimitris: the nicest hotel owner we've met in Greece. Him and his son and the grandmother do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Spacious and clean rooms, a great pool and an amazing breakfast for just 5 bucks (which in the end Dimitris insisted on offering us as a "honeymoon gift") - I'm not sure what else you could want. Would come back here any day.

Room tip: We liked our room on the ground floor
