“Really excellent and personal service-Grace by name and nature!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 8, 2013

We stayed at the Grace for 7 nights in September and we knew from the beginning that this was to be a special stay. The greeting was warm and personal and all members of staff showed a keen interest in helping with our stay, whether that be places to visit or arrangements to be made. The rooms are stylish though you need to trade the size of room against having a balcony and own plunge pool. We started with Room 32 which was a good size and then moved to 42 which was a bit smaller but did have a balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. It is generally a quiet hotel with only 32 rooms but lower level rooms are by the road and might be less attractive for the light sleeper ( the traffic was pretty light when we were there and the sound insulation is good from the windows). The food is excellent. Each morning we were served with a 3 course breakfast delightfully presented and with plenty of choice. We only had dinner once in the hotel and that was our last night- it was very good and we rather regretted not eating in the restaurant more often. Mykonos Town is only 3.5 Km away and there is a hotel courtesy bus to ferry guests back and forth on request. Agios Stefanos has its own beach and some small tavernas so you can literally walk out of the hotel and then down onto the beach if you want to stay close. This hotel is ideal for those who want access to the busy but prefer something quiet and intimate to come back to. Our overriding memory though is of the special service and attention and our particular praise for Angelo, Christina, Dimitri and Marios ( we just got to know them better). This is a very high standard of service and given the length of the season, they did very well!

We won this trip with Hertz and was not going to go as I felt it was probably a rip off but I was so wrong.
When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a glass of cava and the staff were great.
The sea front room was spotless but maybe a little small but perfect.
The pool area is stunning with a view of the sea. The food was excellent and it was reasonable priced.
A great hotel for a couple.

We stayed for 7 nights (paid 6 had the 7th free) in room 52 with a plunge/jacuzzi pool and large balcony and it was a perfect holiday. The room was comfortable and large enough for the two of us. Having a private balcony and sun bed added to the relaxed atmosphere where you are only disturbed if you want to be. From booking direct with the hotel through to our, reluctant, departure the staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. On our first night we ate at the hotel and sat at a non-dining table away from the bar area and on realising how comfortable we were just watching the view the staff prepared the table while we sat which was one of those touches which made the holiday. Our drinks were very well handled by Dejan who mixes very good cocktails. Angelos ran front of house in the restaurant and was always around at breakfast and in the evening (breakfast/brunch was large enough to forego lunch) and he had a very good team working for him. The hotel is a little way out of town but there is a complimentary bus from the hotel if it is not on airport runs but the taxis are quick and inexpensive (10Euro max) and a local coach runs from near the beach 200m away (1.6Euro). The reception staff sorted out a hire car for two days and all the hotel staff were able to give good recommendations on where to go and where to eat. Another trip organised by the hotel was to Delos and their suggestion to use a guide was well informed as it added a real flavour the the trip. Would we go again - definately.

Room Tip: Rooms 51-54 are higher up and involve stairs to get to but they are the best rooms to have.

We loved our stay in this boutique hotel..not only cause it is in a stunning location but the outstanding service and the stuff are super friendly. Boutique hotels are known to be chic and stylish and not always expensive. We were looking for a special offer cause it is not a high season in Mykonos and we stayed 5 nights (paid 4 and got the 5th free). We changed the room 3 times, but actually we loved to try all the rooms because each room was special. The 1st night we stayed in a junior suit (upgrade) with a plunge (Jacuzzi pool) we loved it, then we stayed in a deluxe room for 3 nights, bathroom was more spacious and the balcony was overlooking the sea. Every morning we woke up and from the bed the view was stunning!! And the last night, we stayed in room 51, AMAZING view as it is on the highest floor with a plunge pool too. We were planning to go out but stayed all day to enjoy the sun and privacy in the room. We were offered a free complimentary dinner for the birthday of my boyfriend, Highly appreciated cause the quality of the food is amazing and wine was special too. The chef has a lot of experience and the food is so fresh. Actually the competitive edge of this hotel is the food and every day we had a different and special breakfast by the pool with champagne. We love it The Greek yogurt, so delicious and the hot plate so tasty. We enjoyed eating there and spending time in the hotel. The stuff are friendly, Kostas and his team are doing an excellent job with grace and style and everyone in the pool bar from Angelo, Dmitri and Dian… Xristina are all doing a great job. They offer water and champagne upon arrival, nice touch!...quality of the shampoos and shower gel is good (natural with great fragrance), the room is equipped with everything: good coffee machines, DVD and i-pod players..Nothing was missing and every night some quotes by Greek writers (book separators) by the bed was a nice gesture too.. We highly recommend this hotel!!! Francesco and Rasha

Room Tip: Choose a room with higher floor, specially room 51 with a stunning view!

This is a luxurious boutique hotel located in Agios Stafanos about 5 minutes via car from the main town. We stayed in room #51 which was very private and the plunge pool and deck was perfect for a panoramic view of Mykonos. The rooms are small but very modern and clean. The bathroom is excellent and the bathroom amenities are fantastic, especially the bath lotions and gels. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I were there for our honeymoon from September 11-15 and we could not have been more happy with the Grace hotel. Dejon, the bartender and Mario at reception were so informative and so accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect and this experienced will be a wonderful memory forever. I absolutely recommend renting a motorcycle and touring all the different beaches Mykonos has to offer. Stefanos beach is more kid and family friendly. We found other beaches we loved more.

To sum up Grace Mykonos, we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. You cant go wrong with the cleanliness, excellent staff, romantic atmosphere, gorgeous room views, great food, excellent service and spa. The location is only 5 minutes from town. Dont try and walk to town as it is too far of a jaunt.

This is our 3rd time at the Grace and it never fails to impress!
We stayed with our friends and we have nothing but praise for this little gem in Mykonos.
The hotel as had a mini revamp since last year and the reception.spa and the old library have all been
given a update.
Fist and foremost I have to mention the staff... Every hotel should model their selves on the staff at the Grace, they are all unbelievable starting with the manager Kostas he seems more a friend when welcoming you to the hotel! As for the other staff at the pool/ bar area fantastic, Xristina,Dimitri,Angelo, Marianne, Dian and Xristina on reception Thankyou all.
We stayed in a deluxe with plunge pool absolutely fantastic with views out to sea and Mykonos town
Wine, fruit, water all in the room on arrival ,nice touch!
We dined at the hotel in the evening and the food was outstanding . Thank you Chef!!.
All in all a magical little hotel in Mykonos!!!!
Which we will be visiting again and again.

Room Tip: All are fantastic, the deluxe are a little small

We visited this with some very good friends who had stayed there a few times before, they had said how wonderful it was and they hadn't exaggerated, it is probably the best boutique hotel my wife and I have stayed in.

My friends were welcomed back like old friends by Kostas and his team and since they had stayed 2-3 times before my friends were given an up grade to a VIP suite and despite our protests, they very generously insisted my wife and I have the suite; (as I said earlier "very good friends"!)

The hotel itself is very well equipped other than the gym which is very small. The rooms and suites are exceptionally well appointed with views across the bay to Mykonos town. We dined at the hotel that night and the quality of the food was outstanding, however the thing which sets this hotel a part is the wonderful service provided by the staff team. If any hotelier wants a master class in how to run a boutique hotel try spending a few days with Kostas and his team!

We only stayed for one night as a stop over at the end of our holiday, but intend to return for a longer visit at the earliest opportunity.

Room Tip: From what I am told by my friends who have stayed in a number of different rooms, book a deluxe room...
