Stayed 3 nights in July in private pool room
Very seamless organisation, from pick up at the ferry to champagne check-in, welcome was stunning. Everything in the room has already been customised through Bespoke by Grace (e.g. toiletries preferences, pillows, perfume in the room, etc.)

Breakfast was awesome, with a small buffet and very tasteful a la carte options. Same for dinner dishes offered is really top notched in terms of quality, taste and originality.

Room was nice, mostly white to make it very appeasing. The big plus was the private terrace for sunbathing and small private pool. However it comes at the expense of room surface which was too small for us (maybe c. 12-15 sqm. excl. the bathroom). If you had the fact that the desk was fulfilled with snacks/ wine for sell, it can give you the impression to be fairly space restricted. Comparatively to Grace Santorini, the private pool rooms in Santorini are much larger (20/25 sqm. I would say) fyi.

Very friendly and helpful staff when it comes to visiting the island, renting bikes, etc.

Room Tip: Invest for a (junior) suite, pool rooms are great but don't plan spending too much time indoor g...

We spent the first 2 days on our quads and bikes going to all corners of the island using the hotel staff' useful and excellent recommendation to explore the best beaches and the restaurants on the island. On the third day we discovered the phenomenal chef that works at the hotel restaurant and from there on spent three days eating and lazing by the pool at day and drinking in Little Venice by night.

Room Tip: The pool access rooms really only work for families with kids. All other rooms seem to have an excel...

Grace in Mykonos is a very special treat.

Went their as a couple and had an excellent time.
Room was clean and nicely decorated. It was small but had a big terrace with our own plunge pool for skinny dipping under the moon and stars :-) (should chose a room above the pool level, eg rooms 41 and up.

The hotel pool was also nice and the beach just a few minutes downhill.
Spectacular view across the bay to Mykonos harbor (when not blocked by a cruiseship.

So late in the season there were few hotel guests while the weather was still great.

The service team was phenomenal.
Especially Angelo as maitre d' was great, had always great recommendations and went oh of his way to serve something special even if not on the menu.
Dimitris and Dejan have been excellent in the restaurant and behind the bar.
The 2 ladies serving during breakfast were similar excellent.

The front desk team was likewise always very helpful in finding some special tours and arranging for transportation.

Overall this was an excellent experience with a combination of great location, a great room, spectacular views from our terrace and own pool and an excellent service team.

We would gladly go there again.

We stayed at lovely suite with two rooms and our own terrace with jacuzzi. Everything was spotless each day. Very proffesional and nice stuff. I liked that people at little restaurant were the same throughout our stay what made it very pleasent. Spa was nice as well (had facial treatment and pedicure). Would like to stay there again!

Nothing was too much trouble here. The staff are all fantastic, the rooms are outstanding (we had the deluxe with plunge pool and would highly recommend them) and the food is easily Michelin starred.

The extra little touches you get throughout go a long way and make for a magical stay. The town is only 5 mins in a taxi for about €8 so won't break the bank. It's a lively town, especially when the cruise ships dock, but there's so many great place to eat and drink, the staff know all the best and are happy to recommend.

If you're going to Mykonos, stay here!
