“ Le Tinaie”restaurant is a gem in the Tuscan "Golden Triangle," the countryside region delineated by Pisa, Florence and Siena. The restaurant is located close to Palaia in the surrounding of the “ Castello di Alica”. The place, owned and managed by a great cook, has character and a sophisticated atmosphere. The restaurant rooms have been restored to their original splendor. The food is fantastic, and the service is detailed, prompt and courteous. I loved the homemade "Fettuccine with Tartufi" and “ Ravioli Di Zucca” as well as the "Peposo” . Also, try not to miss on the home made “Charlotte Di Pere with Vanilla” and.....If you visit in November, do yourself a favor... you must try "olio novello" (Tuscan olive oil is World's best).
