Very clean and comfortable hotel. The owners don't speak English, and we don't speak Albanian, but we managed just fine. It is right on the beach, although it's not a beach I'd rate highly. Due to a river outlet nearby, the water here is freezing (far too cold for us to enjoy swimming in) and whilst the water is a beautiful color and lovely to look at, the beach itself was quite ugly. We had a car so explored other beaches nearby.
Despite the name, breakfast is not included in the rate. We did pay to have it, but whilst it was convenient, it wasn't worth the four euros each (hard boiled eggs, fruit mixed in youghart, squash/juice, bad coffee, basic cereal, uninspiring bread, cheese, questionable looking sausage, and quite nice cake). We found a cafe just down the road, on the beach, which made a great cup of coffee.
One can park at the hotel (inside the gates) but this is an extra charge as well.
We paid for a sea view room on the second floor, and it was well worth it. The other rooms located on the backside of the building have a roadside view which is fairly depressing. Our room was very clean and comfortable, but quite basic. It did have a small fridge which was an added bonus, and all rooms have balconies with chairs and a table.
In general, the locals were very welcoming and helpful, and we felt extremely safe during our stay.
