A short drive from the Korppoo town centre, Hotel Nestor offers very comfortable accommodation in a very authentic ambience of the Finnish Archipelago.
The place is rather small with only 7 rooms available, so calling it a “hotel” might be a bit misleading. This place is more like an inn or a B&B. It is built on an old barn but completely renovated from the inside. The rooms are modern and clean and the couple running the establishment are very friendly and welcoming.
There is a communal kitchen downstairs where you can prepare yourself something to eat or make some coffee. There’s also a small inlet on the grounds on a short walking distance from the main building. It is a very beautiful and serene place to enjoy a sunset or swim in the sea.
The breakfast is fairly modest and comparable to something many Finns have at their homes in the mornings. But in that sense, it is very authentic.
