We planned this visit to make it the first out in the wild experience for our kids. We booked this place through Campmonk from 11am to 11am next day. It was a 1 day, 1 night booking. Reached the place after loosing the way a couple of times. Finally found their parking space and parked the car. Called their office to send someone to guide us to their camping area. They promised to send someone to guide us, but no one came even after waiting for 30mins. So we started asking the villagers and finally got to the place. It’s a good 1.5km walk which was all fine. Was a great experience for the kids. Reached the place, after a few more calls, the tent got ready, kept our things and then got into the water. It was awfully crowded. By 5 the crowd left, leaving only 4 family including ours (2 families from our side). We thought finally we will have some peaceful time. It didn’t last, another team of 12 men walked in with case of beer and other liquor. Within 30mins, they set up a table and started their rounds, howling and shouting. By 6pm we decided to call it a day, and packed our things, left the place. We cancelled the plan to stay there at the night. We knew it would end up as an unpleasant experience for the kids with some 12 men drinking and shouting in less than 100m from our Tent.

We cannot blame the men, since it’s the responsibility of the management to not allow such booking when you have families booked. Otherwise they shouldn’t have taken our booking.

In short, it’s a poorly managed and run setup. If you planning to visit with a family, please look some other place. They don’t have any security personals maning the place. All in all a Horrible experience.

Last week, we visited this place for our team outing. Memorable experience. Its more of WYSWYG, what you see is what you get. It started with breakfast, team activities, then water sports. A natural big lake, kayak as much as you want. Swim as long as you can. After that lunch. Decent food. Then followed by rope activities and rappelling. Then cam the most interesting part, camping overnight in a tent in lap of nature.
Far better than commercial resorts for outing.
Worth visiting..

We had booked Xtreme Zone for our team outing and today when we reached near the location, realized that forest department had restricted the entry to this property as the way to this property is via forest. Management of Xtreme Zone did not had a courtesy to inform us in advance as this blocked was there even yesterday. Our entire fun plan was spoiled and we had to go back. It was not only us, 2 more buses came also had to go back.

Dear Customer,
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and your team. This was a temporary situation which was due to external factors and we are operational from the same afternoon. As mentioned by yourself, though the forest officials were present the previous day, we did continue to have the day out for teams. We would also like to inform you that we have relevant permissions in place to conduct our activities and have been doing so since 2003, with no issues.
We would be happy to host you at Camp XtremeZone on any other day at your convenience.
Thank you.
