The Mill Hotel itself is a very nice hotel, however having booked two twin rooms through Expedia we were left very disappointed as both rooms were so small they should be called ‘single’ and were very outdated and needed upgrading. The room that we had was adjacent to the road and walkway and was very noisy from passing traffic throughout the night. One consolation was that the room was clean.
Buffet breakfast was very basic with limited choice. Although I like the location of the hotel I will not be rushing back things

Room tip: Book with the hotel direct and not through third parties.

Popped in for a quick lunch bite, nice place but definitely not comfortable with paying £20 for two diet cokes and two bowls of soup. No menu online and no prices on menu in house. Wonder why, would not recommend.

Although this had been very tastefully renovated, my positive feedback is they need to invest in a stronger front of house, young people with little experience and totally overwhelmed.

I would urge the management to invest in a strong team who have the experience to bring there younger staff on.

It would be a real shame that the investment made in the bricks and mortar will be to no avail as people will judge them on the service they recieve.

Food dreadful, ordered a burger was more like dog food, so disappointed I was really hopefully.

Called in to see the recent refurb...absolutely beautifully done, looks so much better! Bar staff were friendly and welcoming...however £14.80 for 2 glasses of house wine???? The new menu is going to have to surpass all expectations in order to justify those sort of prices!
