“Must visit! Clean and hot!”
Reviewed March 19, 2013

Hot springs can easily be disgusting, but these were so clean and the waters were relatively clear. Take a mototaxi from chivay for 5 soles and a combi on the way back for 1. If you're a student with ID ask about a discount.

“Great side trip in Chivay”
Reviewed March 17, 2013

Chivay is cold. These mineral baths are hot, and in a lovely setting. Definitely worth the 3-5 soles mototaxi ride outside of town.

“Must do - a great way to warm up in the Colca Canyon!”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

We visited here on our night in Chivay with Gadventures. It was a great way to relax and spend an hour or so. The main pool at the hot springs is pretty big, with plenty of place to sit and enjoy a beer while taking in the Inca terraces on the nearby mountains - one of my favourite parts of the trip :)

“Lovely place to relax”
Reviewed November 8, 2012

About 3km from the town, 15 soles to get in. Hot springs that are hot. There are 3 pools but we only used the lower one. Reasonable size with steps along both sides to sit and relax to enjoy the warmth
