We stopped by Innkas Cafe on our way back from the Colca Canyon. Compared to the place we had breakfast with many van groups dining there at the same time, Innkas Cafe was calm, comfortable and welcoming. There a few tables inside and a couple of nice courtyard tables as well. The service was excellent and we had one lunch menu (a soup and a main course) and one regular order. The soup (a creamy quinoa) was hot, freshly prepared and delicious. The lomo saltado was among the best I had in Peru. The beef was excellently cooked and beyond tender. The staff were attentive and warm and we were so glad we chose to stop by here to support this little restaurant. The place is well maintained and we would absolutely go back to Innkas Cafe!
