This restaurant is in contrast to the various other, rather traditional, restaurants at La Caleta having a much more modern feel. It is set slightly back from the sea but still with good views and has both covered and outdoor tables.
We were visiting with my wife's elderly father to whom the staff were very friendly and made a real effort to ensure he got what he was looking for.
The food took a little while to prepare but this isn't fast food and the wait was entirely in line with how long I'd expect preparation to order to take. The portions (particularly of the calimari) were generous and the flavours very good. We liked the docor and choice of music.
There is a small children's playground adjacent to the restaurant and this allowed families to keep their children entertained which we saw as a benefit rather than a problem.
Prices are not low but the food was good and we felt we'd had good value
