This is one of our favourite restaurants on the Tuscan / Umbrian border. In the cooler months the dining room atmosphere is as good as any; on some evenings one might be fortunate to be entertained with beautiful music from the harp. In the warmer summer months there is the option to dine al fresco in the adjoining garden area. The menu is not typical for the region but very interesting, none the less. I tend to eat fish and the tuna is excellent as is the monk fish. The wine list is comprehensive enough without being over pricey. The service is very good and attention to detail is obvious.
