We stayed here on New Year's Eve as part of a larger group visiting Stonehaven to enjoy the town's annual New Year festivities.
We received a warm welcome and the accommodation was first class. Spotlessly clean and all the facilities you would need for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and catered for all needs. With particular mention going to the home-made breads and jams.

We stayed here last year about this time. (End of October). We arrived very, very late because there was a huge snowstorm (and that is saying something when a Canadian thinks it is a huge snowstorm).

The owners made us feel like arriving so late was no problem whatsoever. The room was lovely, spacious and very new. Cookies and tea were muchly appreciated because we had missed dinner. The breakfast and breakfast room were great.

Overall a wonderful experience!

Room Tip: They all seemed good.

This B&B, run by Michelle and David, is a real find. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Huge ensuites, too.
The B&B is modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished with little touches that make it feel like a home... home made shortbread and a flask of fresh milk in the rooms to have with your tea or coffee, for example.
The breakfast was really nice and home made bread, too.
But, above all, Michelle and David, as well as running their farm, are the perfect hosts. Very warm, friendly and chatty. We run a small B&B ourselves, so we know how important that is.
Our only misgiving is that, as it is such a good B&B, it is so popular that they might not have room for us next time!
Thank you guys, for a brief but very comfortable visit.

An excellent B&B with David & Michelle providing a warm welcome. My room was large and comfortable with a walk-in wardrobe and a spotlessly clean bathroom. Delicious breakfast with good choice and much of it home made. I loved the bread! It was great to be out in the country with the smell of newly cut paddocks and the sound of tractors carting newly harvested barley. (The tractor noise stopped in the evening.) They are conveniently located close to attractions such as Dunottar Castle (a must see).

A very professional B&B and highly recommended. You must stay here!

Room Tip: There are no bad rooms

Michelle and her home was my first stay in Scottish B&B.
Their home was my home !
Using the position from their site I reached the home in 3 minutes using my Navigon in IPhone.
awesome large room , pleace like heaven deeply located on the hills, silence , gorgeous view from our window , lovely breakfast and a long talk with them, what better for me? impossibile, when I remember this place and people I feel a warm and perfect emotion. Dunnottar is really close , Stonehaven too, fantastic places, you can stay here for an perfect experience. Only who wants live in a city would be not able to enjoy staying here! perfect !
