We found Serendipity on Tripadvisor and stayed 3 nights in early June. Driving from Edinburgh it was easily located and whilst being in a quiet and seemingly remote area it was close enough to the towns of Fort Augustus and indeed Glenmoriston. We were met by Ken who made us feel welcome & at home in a large room & ensuite. Everything was clean and perfectly placed. Ken was able to help with dinner suggestions at a nearby restaurant and we weren't disappointed. Breakfast was a treat with great hearty meals and some of Kens own home made jams. These are his babies and he is justifiably proud too!! Ken & Martin were able to help with daily excursion suggestions for both our full days there and the Isle of Skye was indeed a highlight. We loved Scotland and the hospitality of Ken & Martin was a significant factor. WE arrived guests but left as friends. Thank you Ken & Martin.

Staying at Serendipity B&B for 2 nights was a pleasure. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean, and the choices at breakfast all came with the offer of tasty home made jams. Its a B&B with great hosts, Martin and Ken, who are very helpful. My husband and I chose this B&B because of its location - close to mountains in the Loch Cluanie area. We also enjoyed the beauty of nearby Invermoriston with its river path down to Loch Ness.

This B&B is a really nice place (wonderful location) and great hosts. We had a wonderful B&B: home made jams (the one with ginger was so good) and excellent porridge (the host shared with me the recipe that I now make at home!)
Definitely a place to go and to come back!

Staying at Serendipity B&B was an absolute pleasure. The location is beautiful, the bedrooms are comfortable and immaculately clean, and the choice at breakfast is superb. We enjoyed creamy porridge with sultanas and honey, freshly laid eggs from local free-range chickens and a selection of home-made jams and toast, all while watching a host of wild birds at the feeder outside the window, and a mother deer and fawn in the near field. Our hosts were very welcoming and advised us on walks and attractions in the local area, including a walk to see wild boar at the nearby Trees for Life initiative. Probably the best B&B we've stayed at, in Scotland. Will be back soon!

My Wife and I stayed at Serendipity for two nights whilst travelling around the Highlands. Serendipity is a lovely B&B with great hosts who are very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and looked over the forest and hills including Kens garden/fruit and vegetable patch. On Ken's recommendation we went to the Fall of Foyers on the opposite side of Loch Ness which is well worth a visit, you might see Red Squirrels if you are lucky? As previously mentioned you really do get a lovely breakfast, not to forget about the porridge and the home made jams!!
