Staying at Serendipity B&B for 2 nights was a pleasure. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean, and the choices at breakfast all came with the offer of tasty home made jams. Its a B&B with great hosts, Martin and Ken, who are very helpful. My husband and I chose this B&B because of its location - close to mountains in the Loch Cluanie area. We also enjoyed the beauty of nearby Invermoriston with its river path down to Loch Ness.

This B&B is a really nice place (wonderful location) and great hosts. We had a wonderful B&B: home made jams (the one with ginger was so good) and excellent porridge (the host shared with me the recipe that I now make at home!)
Definitely a place to go and to come back!

Staying at Serendipity B&B was an absolute pleasure. The location is beautiful, the bedrooms are comfortable and immaculately clean, and the choice at breakfast is superb. We enjoyed creamy porridge with sultanas and honey, freshly laid eggs from local free-range chickens and a selection of home-made jams and toast, all while watching a host of wild birds at the feeder outside the window, and a mother deer and fawn in the near field. Our hosts were very welcoming and advised us on walks and attractions in the local area, including a walk to see wild boar at the nearby Trees for Life initiative. Probably the best B&B we've stayed at, in Scotland. Will be back soon!

My Wife and I stayed at Serendipity for two nights whilst travelling around the Highlands. Serendipity is a lovely B&B with great hosts who are very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and looked over the forest and hills including Kens garden/fruit and vegetable patch. On Ken's recommendation we went to the Fall of Foyers on the opposite side of Loch Ness which is well worth a visit, you might see Red Squirrels if you are lucky? As previously mentioned you really do get a lovely breakfast, not to forget about the porridge and the home made jams!!

On the way from the east to the west coast we stayed for one night at Martin's and Ken's B&B with incredible memories! The location well chosen among the glens and close to Eilean Donan Castle and Isle of Skye and makes it worth staying longer than just night. The most amazing part was though the great hospitality encountered at the Serendipity B&B. After meeting already amazing Scottish people, Ken and Martin topped everything. Besides the lovely conversations, Martin and Ken have been extremely helpful with advices and tipps for the whole of Scotland, especially if you like walking and trekking. The breakfast choice was simply great and extraordinairy taste. The same applies for the lovely decorated rooms. We can fully recommend this B&B in order to encounter the great Scottish hospitality!

If you don't mind being not so close to urban areas, you'll find a wonderful B&B with friendly and very helpful hosts. The Serendipity B&B lies in a wonderful landscape, and if you're on the way between Loch Ness and Isle of Skye you should't miss to stay there! Even if your way does not exactly lead you there - it's certainly worth a detour. And not to forget the great breakfast (homemade jam and marmelade!); one of the best full Scottish Breakfasts we had on our journey and definitely the best porridge. Our room was cosy, tidy and clean, and we felt very comfortable there. One can feel that Ken & Martin do really like their job. They will give you the feeling of visting friends rather that just having accommodation, and they will give you helpful hints and information for your further journey or day trips. We have really enjoyed our stay and sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to come back some time!
