We stayed for 2 nights to visit family in the area. Lovely clean and cosy cottage with one of the best equipped kitchens we have seen. The coffee maker, a great selection of pods, Tea, and fresh milk in the fridge was most welcome on our arrival after a long journey. Comfortable bedrooms and good shower. Carol the owner left excellent information of the surrounding area, lots to see and do. We ate with the family at the Babbling Brook inn about 1 mile away, wonderful food and service but booking advisable as it is very popular at busy times.

Lime cottage offered an ideal base to explore surrounding areas . This cottage had all amenities needed and to a really good standard , it's ideally placed in a lovely village with a coffee shop and convience store right on the door step. Local pubs were within walking distance and offered good value food and are really friendly. The garden and patio area offered an ideal spot to have late afternoon or early evening drinks after a days exploring. The off street parking came in really handy as did the outhouse for storing the bikes.

Whilst staying at Lime Cottage we visited a number of areas and places including Duster Castle, the Quantock Hills, Storgursey Castle ruins , Taunton , Minhead Lynmouth and Watchet Harbour and a number of other places suggested and found.

I would recommend a stay at Lime Cottage it's great value for money to explore surrounding areas or a quiet peaceful stay it will hit the mark for both.
