The worst experience as a time share owner. No dishwasher provided, and not informed that dishwashing not included in housekeeping services. Housekeeping done once a week at the time share, much to our surprise found our dishes in sink.. Called front desk and was told dishwashing not included. No sponge included for dishwashing, just a rag for cleaning. All my years of using time shares, had never experienced such poor service. Hotel needs to upgrade furniture. Bathrooms should be upgraded. In all, renovations are needed at this vacation club/time share.New pots and pans should be added to these apartments. had a frying pan that was so burnt, I felt like replacing it with a new one. On the positive side, beautiful view of Boqueron beach, if you're lucky enough to get such an apt. No Wifi from 4th floor and up. Gameroom, pool, perfect for family with children. Staff was pleasant.

Room Tip: Request a oceanview room. The only plus of this time share.

Exchanged to Aquarius with out timeshare. Room was plenty big but very outdated. Beds were comfortable. Seemed a struggle to get clean towels each day. Often had to call front desk for new towels. Resort property was far from luxurious. Went to beautiful beaches every day so did not spend any time at pool. Did notice that pool was only 3.6' deep. Restaurant at the pool not a viable dining option. Drinks expensive- no happy hour. Our room was on the 4th floor (only 6 floors) with a nice water view. Balcony was large w plenty of chairs. The hotel beach was OK but spent most daYs at Playa Sucia beach (at the lighthouse 30 minutes away) which was one of the best and most beautiful beaches we have visited. The small town of Boqueron was in walking distance w/many wonderful dining options. Beach at Playa Sucia and dinner each night in Boqueron was best part of trip. I must note that the hotel was very gracious in allowing us early check-in on our arrival. We had a wonderful family vacation and would return.

We exchanged our timeshare week for this place and I can say that it is an okay place for a family trip. The kids loved the pool and all the iguanas roaming around. It could have been a little better as far as access to beach was not private at all. The room as a little outdated but it was roomy and had everything we need to have a good time.

Room Tip: We were on the ground floor which was a couple of feet away from the pool.

I didn't know what to expect when my dear friend offered to share some vacation time which we both really needed - in the sun at the Aquarius in Boqueron, PR.

What a wonderful surprise it was, and some of the best staff at any level resort i have ever stayed at! Bar none - be they 3, 4 or 5 star locations.

From the entrance gate staff (thank you Carmen and the others), to the restaurant staff, (Irsanet, Claudia, Julio and the other chefs), to the front desk staff - all were so helpful, professional and caring. They made our vacation FABULOUS - if they could prepare anything we wanted to eat or drink they did it, with no problem and with ease. The food was very good! I asked for olives in my salad and Julio made sure that the next day he took care of that for me. Thank you all!

The hotel itself is clean but a bit dated. We shared a two bedroom two bath apartment and it was perfect with full kitchen, washer and dryer. You can buy some provisions and be "at home".

The town of Boqueron has some of the best clams and oysters anywhere - of a type you can only get there, sweet and tender!

The water at the beach was a bit strong and murky this time of year, but we did spend a day on it. We also spent a day a La Playa Sucio and the Lighthouse - a lovely time. Another day we spent at the pool also great.

The only caution: beware of the "no see-ums" on the beach at around the pool are extremely small biting bugs. You don't realize you are getting picked on until the evening when you shower and see the little bites which we call "no see-ums".

We enjoyed a week in this family friendly hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom could use a reno but it was adequate. My only real complaint were the towels....... a little on the thin and worn side. The kitchenette lacked a few utensils we needed, eg. Sharp knife, but they supplied it when we asked. Pool area very pretty and the walk to the beach was less than five mins. Conveniently located next to the town of Boqueron, a colorful village with terrific restaurants.

Room Tip: We had a balcony on the oceanview side and we loved watching the sunsets.

We stayed there for a week for spring break. we stayed on the fourth floor which had a gorgeous view especially at sunset. What made the trip was not only the view from the balcony and rooms but the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially George. Since there is no cab company he was nice enough to offer us a ride and show us around the town. He was so helpful, he would check up on us, made sure we were being taken care of and if we needed anything. we had definatly five star customer service and would definatly go back sometime soon. He defiantly made us feel comfortable especially since this was our first spring break from college and we were uneasy about going to an island. i would defiantly reccomend this hotel to any of my friends who want to go to puerto rico and have amazing customer service. we most likely will be going back next year for spring break! thank you to all the wonderful staff and George!

We stayed here for two nights with another couple in their two bedroom, two bath room. It was very reasonably priced and very spacious. Washer/dryer, full kitchen (no dishwasher), balcony, TVs in bedrooms and common room. There is laundry detergent in the room, but you do have to pay for it. The rooms are a bit dated, but nothing ridiculous. We were very happy given the amount of time we spent in the room. The elevators are very slow. The parking lot is odd in that all the spots are double, you need to hand over your keys if you block someone in.

The bath products are decent and include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and soaps. The master bath had a large tub and separate shower. The master bed was king size and super comfortable - not too hard, not too soft.

The walk to Boqueron is short and convenient. We were there on a Sunday and Monday night. Sunday was a big party in the street, Monday was super quiet.
