Location: in the middle of the island, surrounded by construction sites and areas with a lot of trash.

Room: the room looks good at first, but then everything is falling apart. Very, very cheap construction, even by the local standards. Toilets were broken, shower was broken, windows could not close completely (hello insects), air conditioning had no temperature control (off or freezing basically), mattress was as soft as a pillow...etc.

Food: there is nowhere to eat, you basically just go there to sleep, and have to take a scooter for anything else.

Price: very pricey for what you get. In that price range you can get a lot better, easily.

Overall: a bad experience, the island could be nice, but guest houses are all very very poorly built, and there is absolutely no one who cares about cleaning the outdoor areas. Go on the island early morning, spend the day, and leave around 6 pm, that should be plenty sufficient.
