We arrived at the restaurant without a booking and found the pub full of patrons. It was a fine summer's day with the tide out so the view from the outside seating area was spectacular. We were very lucky to "be in the right place at the right time" as some people were just leaving. It was the only table with shade.
We ordered our food and purchased drinks.
The food arrived after a while and I enjoyed the view eating the chicken and bacon pie with salad while my wife had the dressed crab with salad.

Our experience was ok, really felt the senior staff member could have been a bit more pleasant to patrons, she was quite rude to a senior man that had forgotten his table Number. Would I return, probably not.

This is our third holiday visit to the fine Bosham pub over a period of 5 years. We enjoyed another lovely lazy lunch in glorious sunshine. The food was, as always, excellent and the drinks and service also first class. No hesitation as recommending this as a goto hostelry.

We arrived by boat and stopped for a beautiful evening drink on Sunday night. As one would expect a well-run pub, it allowed barefoot midshipman in, classy seafood by the look and smell coming from the dining tables. Do get a boat and visit but mind out for the tide!. On our trip home, we had to detour to rescue ‘the safety boat’ for the boat club’s team rowing event. A first for us and absolutely true.

A simply beautiful location for our recent family birthday celebration .
The staff were welcoming , efficient and helpful and later on sang "Happy Birthday" when the cake came out for my uncle which was a nice touch.

We all enjoyed our food which was well presented and tasty but on the negative side nothing amazing for quite high prices (although we joked that we had paid for the view too which is stunning if you go when the tide is coming in !)

We would recommend this pub for a celebration meal .
