Booked a villa for our stay this weekend on 10-11 august 2019, i booked my stay since 10 July through phone call directly to the hotel, planned to stay 9-11 august but they said they are fully booked so i booked for 10 - 11 august and it was confirmed by them. I submit my credit card payment and they charge it 75 percent from my totals to my credit card on 11 July. As per today, 7 august i received a call from them and they said my villa was released and sold to another guest i was like WTF and directly said i do not want to be move to any other villas or hotel rooms. They suddenly cancel my villas because there was another guest who wanted to stay at the same villa as mine. Im wondering what kind of 5 stars hotel is Plataran?? Since they offer me a Very bad service even tho i haven’t check in yet at their resort. VERY BAD SERVICE

We stayed for 2 nights at garden plunge pool villa. despite the location (far fron jogja), this is a perfect place to spend your holiday, because of the facilities (mini zoo, horse riding, afternoon snack) wouldnt get you bored. Service are excellent (thank you ms. Siska), we had 5 min massage upon arrival, really great after flight and driving from jogja.

Big but handsome colonial style hotel set in a make up plantation.
Big and well equipped rooms with balconies.
Big swimming pool in garden.
International restaurant - European and Asian - of great quality, facing the pool
Also Indonesian restaurant which we did not taste.
Breakfast is great, Indonesian and European.
We stayed 2 days and it was a very good choice by our local guide.
