His expertise shows in the amazing Menu del dia and superb a la carte. We visit Fandango every time we visit Albir. Delicious food which is good value for money.
Well prepared tasty food with an excellent variety of dishes to choose from.
There is a superb function room at the back of the restaurant which would be perfect for a wedding or private party ...........

I agree the restaurant would definitely benefit from better signage as it is easily missed.
DONT miss out .... visit this great restaurant

Ignore my opening grumble this is on my new list of favourites.
We had trouble finding it, well drove past four times before realising the large green irish bar on the corner was not the Irish bar, but a very poorly signed Fandangos.
The criticism ceases with that and the praise commences. The maitre d' actually came out to the road to guide us.
It was midweek January yet still full of customers.
The menu has something for everyone, it is cleverly balanced and varied without mirroring War and Peace.
We went a la carte, salmon, avocado prawns, crushed pepper and french onion soup..
Mains superb sliced duck breast with blueberry sauce A1 and a fillet steak ok,
The deserts looked superb but we were stuffed, glass of decent red, eau d' table 60euro for two all in.
Would i go back? Yes
Would i recommend it? Yes
Incidentally they do one of the best menu del dias , (also available in the evening) I have seen in this area, with foi gras, salmon, quality meat and fish mains with wine and deserts 14-18 euros a head

The staff (everyone) are exceptional, I hope this was not a fluke, service like this does not exist in Spain in this very reasonable price range. Needless to say this is not a Spanish restaurant.

Although we elected to dine a la carte I really like the fact that they presented the menu del dia without being asked.
In most of the Spanish restaurants it will take an inquisition before the fixed menus existence is even acknowledged and then by the time you have wrestled and pried it for the waiters clammy hands it can take the edge off of ones appetite. Either that or it is on the wall in two meter high letters but once seated with your drinks, you are bluntly informed it is only available in months with a "Z" in them

Don't spoil this little gem by taking your snotty nosed screaming kids there, we don't care if little Johnny is teething, lock him in the car

For the 2nd year running, we enjoyed New Years Eve at Very Good Fandango. For 70 Euros we had a mixed meat appetizer 1/2 lobster, fillet steak, then a refreshing iced desert. All Wine & Water was included in the price, together with a sparkling midnight toast. We were entertained by Andy Martin, who was brilliant again.

The staff as always were very attentive & friendly & I cannot find the words to say what we think about Migual & his kitchen staff.
