Casa di Adelina has individual rooms as well as an apartment on the top floor.We stayed in the apartment which included a bedroom, small kitchen, bath with a tub and shower, a large living/dining area and a sunroom, all beautifully decorated with modern and traditional touches. Each morning, our host, Francesco, provided a wonderful full breakfast with homemade pastries, eggs, and excellent coffee. The apartment is conveniently located and is close to several excellent restaurants, Monticchiello is within easy day-trip distance from other charming hill towns. The village itself is interesting and fun to explore. While the apartment is definitely not handicap accessible, I would recommend it to anyone who can handle several flights of stairs as well as stairs within the apartment. We would definitely recommend this charming place.

We had 5 people, two adults, and three kids. Consequently, we did not stay in the B&B but in a separate unit nearer to the front gate of the town which was a two bedroom loft. That said, we had breakfast at the B&B.

The apartment we stayed in was terrific. Clean, roomy well decorated. We could not ask for more. As others have said the town itself is amazing. Also, has a wonderful restaurant right at the front gate with a stunning view of the valley below. If your goal is to stay in the Pienza area and explore a bit, this is the place to stay, you will be glad you did.

Francesco was very gracious and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, room very comfortable and the house so charming. Monticchielo is a beautiful small village and very Italian with not many tourists which we liked. We ate at two restaurants and both were outstanding. How lucky we were to be able to stay here!
