Just back from a lovely relaxing week break.
Weather was super. Pools was cold but need after being in the sun!
Rooms are tidy and clean.
Food is good on the whole. A bit samey after a week.
Love you can take a bottle of wine to your table for the meals.
The sangria is epic!
Friendly people.
No problem finding a sunbed.
One thing caution: pool tiles and hotel tiles outdoor are incredibly slippery after a downpour. I know it sounds obvious but really a non slip tile would be safer close to the pool at least.
A very long coach journey to the hotel. Over an hour or €80-100 in a taxi!!

Room tip: Stay in the main hotel. They were much cleaner.

STAFF ARE BRILLIANT-location is fantastic,5 minutes walk away from the Jandia beach which is beautiful.sea was fine for swimming,The sand is great too which my boy loved playing in all day long.The hotel doesnt sit directly on the beach but its very close. staff at this hotel from check in to check out were great , helpful and freindly. Rozi in the restaurant in the mornings was absloutley brilliant and always welcoming to us each morning.
Also the kids enterainment programme staff were fabulous. I did ask the entertainment staff for all their names but have since lost the list all were great in particular Alex, she was so good with all the kids. The childrens disco from 830-930 pm is worht doing after dinner followed by a variety of shows for the adults, (most children staye)
The team show aorund the world was brilliant with the DJ, doing a bit of break dancing which i thought we could see a bit more off.
Foodwise we were all inc, Pretty standard fare which after a wk can be a bit repetitive but fine.Snack bar available during the day which but a lot of the food here was a bit processed rather than interesting.
Three of the pools open whilst we were there and temp fine. Design of the pool is great for kids due to it being so shallow for a large part of it.Nice guests and everyone seemed to meet and get along well which is a nice thing to see.if you looking for a for a week then this is great.There is a lack of good restaurants in the area

We went here in March as a last minute break. The weather was great which allowed us to enjoy the hotel facilities. The pools are good however the bar pool was being refurbished so it was out of commission during our stay.
The rooms were clean and were tidied every day.
The food was perfect. It was varied with always some sort of grilled fish, some sort of grilled meat , pasta options, pizza, salad , paella with chips and veggies there too. Never stuck for choice. The deserts were good too.
We were all inclusive and the drinks good too. Wine at lunch and dinner, with help yourself beer in all the restaurants.
We used the complimentary shuttle bus to take us to beach and very often walked back which took us about half an hour. Corro Jable definitely worth a visit. Lots of little bars and restaurants
The staff were brilliant. Always helpful and looking to help.

I don’t usually write reviews but we visited this hotel last month with our 10 month old baby.
From start to finish the hotel was not great, when we walked into our room we was greeted with bugs all over the desk area and walls was told by reception someone would be up to sort, a lady came sprayed the room but we wasn’t allowed back in, once we returned to the room it was covered in bugs again so I asked to be moved, they did move us room and we was grateful until 2 days later when we saw bugs again not only on the walls but in our bed - the bed my 10 month old baby was sharing too!
We felt dirty so checked everywhere else to find theyd got In my little boys nappies, clothes and suitcase!
Safe to say we will not be returning!
The staff was very polite and the pool area was nice but the pool bar was shut for work however the whole week we didn’t see any work going on which I think is poor and you should be told this on booking.

We are really sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the experience in our hotel to the fullest as we strive to make each stay with us an unforgettable one. Discussions involving the respective team members and management have taken place to review your comments, and we would like to assure you that all of your concerns will be addressed and attended to.

We sincerely regret reading that you found bug in your room and we thank you for contacting our reception for us to intervene. We have in place a regular pest-control plan and of course work hard on a daily basis to avoid their presence within our grounds, however at certain times of the year, depending on the climatology of Fuerteventura, the presence of insects is unfortunately unavoidable. Furthermore, we have a very strict policy forbidding the taking of food from our restaurant and we also encourage our guests not to leave any food or crumbs in their rooms in order to avoid their settlement in our accommodations and we ask that you please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences caused to you and your partner.

On the other hand, we thank you for pointing out the kindness and enthusiasm of our staff, their friendliness and helpfulness being our hotels’ main strength we will definitely congratulate them all on your behalf for their contribution to your wellbeing whilst staying among us.

Please be assured that your comments will be taken into serious consideration and that they will help us to improve our services.
