We booked half board but upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Excellent location for the beach and the ferry terminal.The food is amazing as are the rooms. The staff throughout are pleasant and helpful at all times.Fantastic hotel. Would I stay there again - YES

So just had a week here, the food is plentiful, bit repetitious but usual for all inclusive, if you come at peak time (school hols) be prepared for pettiness from staff and queues for most things, restaurant is a joke, you can get seated then go get your food and come back to your table taken... people push on and you can’t take drinks from bar into restaurant. At dinner they give you wine glasses for drinks. Pretty silly when you have children if you ask me. Pool areas and rooms are adequate, WiFi is free and great, kids club is fun and mini disco is ok but keeps the kids entertained, however, most of the grounds staff don’t speak English and hotel is full of Germans and french. Beach is 15-20 min walk away. Shopping centre nearby. If u like up hills and lots of walking then this is for u however would I return? Oh no, not if you paid me. Was a nice break from life but I’m 100% glad to be going home. X

Please receive our most sincere apologies for failing to meet your expectations regarding our all-inclusive service. We lament reading that our buffet offer did not live up to your expectations as our professional Chefs strive to surprise our guests with a high standard gastronomy and the possibility to savor the best of the local cuisine as well as the finest international delights. Furthermore, we are surprised by your comment related to the behavior of our bartenders and we will certainly be passing your comments directly to the management responsible.

Nice hotel but could do with A lot of general maintenance ie A lot of cracked tiles by snack bar also got locked in the toilet because lock broke, act8vities were very repetitive but the biggest thing was the food being cold most of the time! As we weren't on the royal level we only had access to one restaurant and a daytime snack bar. On a good note the staff were very friendly the rooms are cleaned everyday pool area was immaculate and a stunning location

We do apologize for the technical problems you encountered in our hotel during your stay; there are absolutely no excuses for details to be overlooked as all rooms should be thoroughly checked on a daily basis. We will make sure that the procedure is being reinforced.

Was a good holiday for all with us family and friend's the food was good the hotel it's very big and very closed to the beach ( it's very big with a beautiful sand and you can do it everithing) shopping Center and the pool was good with the Animation Team how try to give to us a good time and good drink and fun....

Excellent experience. Definitely recommend. Amazing beach. Accessible walk to town and beach. Food was plentiful and excellent choice. Staff very friendly also. Loved my week spent here in Jandia. Try it for yourself
