The rooms were cleaned everyday, pools were a good size but to cold at this time to use, to many hazards around hotel ie things being left around which were dangerous. Don’t think health and safety would pass an audit

Having just returned from this hotel I must comment not done this before hotel is of the 80 s chairs in lounge etc old and very uncomfortable only one restaurant where sometimes you wait for a table food nearly always cold choice is ok but same all time waiters very good try hard to please no way 4 star hotel would never return to this hotel very tired and old

Hotel in itself was lovely. Room was lovely but lacking tea/coffee making facilities.
Staff were friendly and so helpful.
Sadly the food let this hotel down badly and there are many people who said the same. Breakfast was nice but the evening meal was barely warm the choice although a lot was aimed more at the other Europeans rather than British. We love Spanish food but there wasn’t any really.
Would not return or recommend this hotel because of this. On two occasions we were made to feel like second class citizens because we were only half board and not all inclusive. If you want to see the island hiring a car would be the best idea. This hotel is also situated on a hill so if you have trouble walking this may not be the one for you

Room tip: Block 9 is the best for a sea view but is quite far from the main hotel

We thank you for pointing out the cleanliness of our installations, being fully aware that this is an aspect of primary importance for our guests to feel comfortable in our hotel, our housekeeping staff undertakes a thorough cleaning of our installations and rooms on a daily basis.

Thank you for the wonderful description of the room we accommodated you in during your stay, it is our goal to provide our guests with spotless, attractive and spacious rooms and we are really happy to know you liked yours so much. For further interest, we would like to inform you, that we have room categories, which are provide with coffee and tea facilities.

We have also taken good note of your remarks on the dining experiences and sincerely lament reading that we fell short of your culinary expectations on this occasion, although I would like to take the opportunity to point out that our Executive Chefs follow a two weeks menu rotation including a wide array of both local and international delicacies to cater for all diet requirements and please the most demanding palates, this is why we are sorry to read that we were not able to conquer yours and will make sure to discuss your critics with our team.

So I've been there for a week, no matter that whether was not to greatest I would like to ho there again. Deffinetly will check out out her hotels in other countries . Things I didn't like and I was surprised for 4star hotel was
When it was raining water was everywhere in snack bar they had basket right in the middle and water was dripping from the dealings same in entrance to first floor bar, and same in the lobby ,looks really poor and unprofessional. Wifi signal was really poor ,so if someone is going there and still need to to some bits of work with pc, don't know if it's even possible . But over all everything was beautiful, so clean and tidy, view was fantastic and service was good .

My partner and I have just returned from this hotel and we were not impressed at all!!! The whole hotel needs a total refurbishment or maybe knocking down and starting again.Where do I begin, I have always believed in the 'first impression counts' theory and on this occasion the first impression was awful. The reception area was very 'tatty and tired', the roof was leaking due to the heavy rain which didn't fill me with any confidence ref the state of the rest of the hotel. The check in process was at best chaotic as only one of the receptionists spoke good English and the line of guest grew and grew. We eventually checked in and were taken to our rooms, much to our disappointment the room was as 'tatty and tired' as the reception area!!! We had booked a room with a sea view, well you had to look over the roof of the block in front to see the sea!!! The restaurant if you can call it that, was more like a canteen, bright lights, no table cloths, too many people hence no tables to sit at to eat your food. There was a lot of queue jumping by other nationalities pushing and shoving to get food which was never hot and of very poor quality. I was under the impression from photos that I had seen online that there was a more sophisticated evening dinner restaurant, WRONG!!! Don't bother taking any dressy clothing with you as you will look totally out of place. The evening entertainment, left a lot to be desired, the one night that we did see a rather good Tribute band they were only on stage for at max an hour!! Moving on to the hotel in general... the public areas in the hotel were uninviting and very cold, there was really nowhere of any quality or comfort to sit and relax, hence after the entertainment had finished in the evening we went back to our delightful room!!!! The list of things that were wrong goes on and on so I will finish here.
Good points.... the pools were very clean[ although one was closed]. The restaurant staff were very helpful and worked very hard. Location of the hotel was good, with a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach and a 15 min walk into town.
I will say that I am always very reluctant to be negative about things but on this occasion it is warranted. The hotel was made aware of our gripes so this review will be of no surprise to Customer Services.
