We went all-inclusive Club Premium for one week, and had a delightful stay. All inclusive meant just that - including mini-bar, WiFi, parking etc, which are often the source of a nasty surprise at check out.
Our room was superb, scrupulously cleaned each day. Restaurants provided excellent food, and all the hotel staff provided excellent customer service.
Highly commended.
Weaknesses: WiFi in our room was very poor, and for us it was an important feature. Club Premium reception fought gallantly to obtain improvement with the service provider, with only minor improvement delivered.
Club Premium reception which was excellent, is not manned full time; sadly main reception does not rise to the occasion.
The staff are to be commended on their positive and friendly attitude. In such a large operation, small glitches do occur, but we were delighted by the 'can-do' attitude - anything within their power was done promptly.

This is a large hotel with pleasant grounds and nice bedrooms. We stayed for one week during Feb half term. On arrival we were told the main pool (and bar) were closed. Once this opened some days later, the indoor piano bar then closed! It rained every day so there was no indoor area to sit and have a drink. Even worse, we needed to walk through this bar to reach the restaurant. The alternative access was via outdoor steps; very hard with our baby in the pushchair. On the penultimate day, we discovered someone had smashed the rear windows of several cars parked outside, including our hire car. The receptionist said this had happened days ago, yet no signs were put up to warn people to check their cars.

Unfortunately this hotel is not safe and certainly not secure. Locked suitcase inside the room was forced open and jewellery/money taken. There was no forced entry into the room and the hotel manager didn't want to be involved ...... Please AVOID this hotel!

Had a very enjoyable 7 night All Inclusive break here late February (a week of warm sunshine though very windy with cool nights). Four star standard, I think not but it is of a good three star standard.

This very large hotel complex enjoys a great location, convenient for Jandia beach or on windy days it's only a short walk to numerous more sheltered coves to the north of the beach. There was a really pleasant mix of nationalities from all over Europe.

Found the hotel to be overall very comfortable though decor slightly dated and showing wear in places. Rooms which are spread throughout several blocks in the grounds are spacious though the dark wood furniture and chunky old fashioned televisions gives a dated appearance. Beds have firm comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms in good order with powerful showers and plentiful hot water. Thick bath sheet towels.

An area that slightly lets the hotel down is the very crowded and busy restaurant (very tired decor) and food offering. Very repetitive in terms of choice with little significant variety day to day. Food was often only like warm. Sometimes had to queue while grill chefs cooked the food. Fruit sometimes good, sometimes rather bashed up and not fresh. Sweets all tasted much the same sweet and rather disappointing. Coffee machines frequently break down and queues form. All in all the food and restaurant could be so much better. That said, everything was edible and the efficient waiting staff are good at keeping things turning over.

Found the gym and wellness centre to be very disappointing. The gym consisted of just four weights machines, two of which were broken plus four running machines. The gym was situated in a glass fronted room which was in the sun all day and so also became unbearably hot. iIn the spa area there was a small often very busy and crowded jacuzzi, a couple of showers that did not work very well and two very large sauna cabins. The saunas were good and served their purpose well, very pleasant to use at end of day. The wellness centre is only open until 7pm. It would be nice if it was open a bit later into the evening. The only heated swimming pool in the complex is the small pool within the wellness area. It's possible to hire towels from reception free of charge but with a returnable deposit.

There are two evening bars both serving until around 11pm. There was often a lack of seating in the bar areas given that this a large hotel. Entertainment tended to be mainly done by the hotel animation team though there were a few nights with external acts on. None of it I found particularly exciting but I guess that's down to personal preference. There was a nice chilled, friendly, civilised atmosphere in the bar areas with no loud or drunken behaviour. Very family friendly. Drinks available are local rather than branded though it is possible to pay extra for branded drinks.

Staff were all very friendly, multi lingual and helpful throughout and a credit to this busy hotel.

The hotel is up a steepish hill from the beach but there is a gate at the bottom of the complex next to wellness centre which leads out to a lift into the shopping centre below. Very handy and saves the climb.

Information and car hire desk situated in reception.

We have stayed here a few times. We love the area, the beach and the hotel and it's staff.

Totally relaxing holiday and the beach is so long that it's almost impossible to be next to anyone else unless you choose to be.

Had no problem with folk nude sunbathing, if it feels good do it. If not don't.

The hotel itself was comfortable, the food and drink plentiful with lots of choice.

When staying in the Premium, rooms were quiet and comfortable. Seaview added value. The meals and the service provided by the staff were excellent. The half pension with breakfast and dinner was particularly suitable for days with activities and lunch elsewhere. Good location for mountain walks as well as beach life. The main hotel was rather crowded, and evening activities and bar facilities were not of the same quality as the bars and restaurants dedicated for the Premium guests for the main meals. Very good service.

If your going to Fuerteventura, stay at this Hotel, the food is excellent, all the staff are brilliant and very friendly, the Al a Carte restaurant is superb. Everything you need can be found in the shopping precinct, but turn right out of the gate and use the lift to get down to the concourse. We will definitely return.

Room Tip: Stay in the Premier Club
