February in Quebec, when -20C feels like -32C. Wind blowing so hard you feel like a VW Bug when it's passed by a semi-truck on the freeway. Snow up to your knees...on the sidewalk. McBroue turned out to be the right place to stop for an early dinner and decompression time from a day of meetings. Excellent service in French with some limited English, no issues. My choice was the sausages - 3 kinds to sample along with a smooth local micro-brew. Great fries, just don't tell my wife I sampled them! McBroue was the most highly recommended restaurant by the locals and they should know.
